One of the best meals I’ve had out in years. We were in Olympia for a concert down from seattle and this place puts any of the nice restaurants we go to in seattle to shame. For the price the portions are actually generous! cocktails are affordable, delicious and inventive. This place is operating on a level I really didn’t even know was possible in current restaurant culture. You’ll leave happy, full, and wanting to go back asap.

I sweat more from the lack of A/C than I did on the greasy and flavor lacking hot chicken. It was also repulsive to hear the “we’ve added the 20 percent charge to your bill” speech after hearing it the last twenty minutes from other tables. $25 for a chicken sandwich light on flavor and a coke hurt. I requested spicy and I wasn’t feeling it, just the grease and warm atmosphere from lack of air circulation.

I had brunch at Chicory and I was impressed. I really enjoyed the food and the vibe of the restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others and I plan on returning. It will be hard not to get the same thing because I liked it so much. I also had a mimosa that was great!

This restaurant is such a gem. They feature flavor and vegetable-forward dishes with wholesome ingredients and genuinely friendly and polite staff. The desserts are gorgeous, delicious, and light enough that you should definitely plan to enjoy one after your meal. If you have food sensitivities be sure to mention them, the staff are extremely receptive to modifying and helpful with choosing options that work for you. My vegan friend easily found delicious things and I found a gluten free dish for myself without feeling deprived.
