This is not my usual location, but I was being discharged from Genesys Surgery Center and wanted to grab food for the night while we were already out. We picked up the order via drive-thru as instructed and headed home. Normally the potatoes are fresh and have some butter, if not on them, at least down inside the container, and the chicken bites are fresh and crunchy. This is the worst meal I’ve ever gotten from Chicken Shack. The potatoes were dry and cold. The chicken bites were hard to bite into because they were so tough and dry. Nothing was hot or even warm. It’s clear that food had been sitting out for who knows how long. I usually warm my leftovers up in the air fryer, but the potatoes were so dry and bland and the chicken was already overcooked. I refused to try to force myself to eat it. At almost $15/pp, I couldn’t believe they would serve someone food like that.

The young lady that worked the drive-thru delivered very poor service. Unrepresentative of both Chicken-Shack and Little Caesars which are both long standing staples in the Michigan area. The franchisee must consider the character of the family employees that they hire. I simply order a cheese hot and ready when I proceeded to the pick-up window she had no clue what I was there for. I retold the young lady my order. She brings a pepperoni hot and ready. I explain that I ordered a cheese hot and ready. Her body language and expression was nasty. I told her if she didn’t want to give me the cheese pizza just refund my money. She refunded the money. I had to walk in to get the cheese pizza I originally ordered. The woman in charge and the young lady at the counter inside were nice. The older women did issue an apology but the young lady from the drive-thru made her way to the front with a smirk. I told her to be careful, the next person may wipe the floor with her behind. Just give her an allowance she doesn’t need to work with the public for her own safety. The entitlement attitude won’t go over well with everyone. Heads up your family employee may be costing you return customers.

Drove 15 miles to get some Broasted chicken and potatoes and mushrooms Very disappointed in the quality of our food, getting home to chicken that was greasy an over cooked potatoes these were cold limp an tasted like fish oil with the mushrooms well they must have been frozen cause whoever’s cooked them didn’t bother to break them up so some weren’t cooked all the way. Wife said after paying over $30.00 we will not return anytime in the future!

The service at this location is the worst I have ever had at any restaurant. There is no sense of urgency to get customers in and out. The lack of management there is horrendous. I was told 15 mins for my order when I placed my order over the phon. I arrived in 20 mins. My order should have been ready. When I finally got to the drive thru window after the 10 mins waiting in the drive through line, I was told the pizza on my order was not ready and to pull up. Thinking ok it should be out in a couple mins. So they proceeded to give me a drink that came with my pizza order. I was never asked what I wanted and was given a pop that we do not drink. I told the guy at the window that I was never asked and I proceeded to tell him what I wanted to drink. He gladly took back and exchanged for the drink I wanted. So I pulled up per his request. I waited approximately another 15 mins and nothing. So I got out of my car to walk in to see what was going on with my order. I told the lady that I have been waiting over 45 mins for my order and was told it would be 15. My pizza was still not done at that time. A couple mins later a guy slowly with no care on the world handed he lady the pizza. The lady slowly with no sense of urgency came with my order and handed it to me. No apology for the wait or offer for anything that she could do. She knew I was not happy but never got a manager. Overall no one at this location cares. I used to go there every week but now i am to the point why drive 20 mins to go there when I can go within 5 mins to Lees chicken with better customer service

Let me start off by saying how well I was treated by my pretty young lady waitress HALAH!! She was very welcoming, attentive and had great energy. Never been here before but for sure will be a returning customer after the great food and service!!!! Drinks were good, appetizers came out way before our meals and the atmosphere was smooth.

On a scale from 1-10, 1!!!!Horrible experience at little caesars! I’ve tried to give this place a chance in spite of my order being wrong several times along with my food being messed up! I can count on ONE hand how many times my order was right and that was TWICE! I understand mistakes happen, but OVER and OVER again??? NOOO WAY! The staff shows NO concern or empathy. I will NEVER spend another dime at this establishment!

I guess you cant go wrong if you can correctly make ribs and chicken. Well they can. I got the ribs and chicken combo. It was very good. Ribs were fall apart good and the sauce is nice. I’ll ask for something with a little more kick next time
