First time, got the 2 scoop, soup and pasta salad. Went in because I saw the free scoop sign on the window. Just my luck, it was Thursday- Sike-
Young girl at the register running the front and drive thru/pick up by herself. I adore her, very sweet and patient! Manager sitting in the lobby watching while doing paperwork.
I ordered after she recommended a second scoop option, and paid. Almost $20 bucks. Asked for my drink cup, don’t come with one remember I didn’t specify which bread so I go tell her and I’m informed you don’t get bread. I was so confused and very disappointed. The menu was confusing as directly below ask me what type of sandwich bread did I want. Unfortunately for me that was meant ONLY for the sandwiches listed even further down.
Soup sad I wasted my weekly night to eat out and ended up with this. Do better, money is to hard to earn for this to be happening-
Soup- creamy wild rice and chicken: 10/10
Scoops- original and basil I think was a 5/10
Pasta salad- I did not like this 2/10

The chicken salad here is so incredibly delicious that it’s hard to put into words, you can really tell how fresh it is. Unfortunately, the way they pack the meals needs improvement. The broccoli salad juice seeped under my chicken salad croissant so I ended up having an open-faced, upside-down sandwich. While the flavor was still okay, it was not what I was looking for because I really wanted the whole sandwich intact. I love the food, but I hope they find a better way to package these so the sides don’t ruin the bread

This was quite a surprise! In browsing through another part of the city I stumbled upon “Chick!” In many ways it is similar to a Chipotle in that you go through the line and order what you want on or with your chicken salad. Being short on time, I grabbed a to-go selection… designed to offer 3-4 servings. The chicken salad was grade A! There in the salad were grapes, apples, and delicious chicken! The taste was exquisite! I recommend their carry out selections. The atmosphere is typical. The reason I give a rating of 4 stars is because the price was high in accordance with the serving size. The container had enough for me and my wife to be fully satisfied. Yet I do not see how it could spread to 4 servings. Still… be prepared for a scrumptious meal!

I had been wanting to try this place since I heard so many great things. Boy was I disappointed! The workers were very unfriendly and very unhelpful. Most of them just sitting around looking unprofessional. The floor was dirty! The chicken salad was ok but the Mac n cheese was dry and cold. The cookie was the best part which I believe they are Cheryl’s. Definitely won’t be returning!

First time trying this place. First impression. Nice atmosphere. The restaurant looks very clean and has a tourist ambience about it. Wanted to try the chicken melt but the machine was out of commission. Ordered instead the BLT on a toasted croissant. Comes with a side of MacnCheese a pickle and a dessert cookie. Which for the price provides a value which exceeded my expectations. All were delicious enough to give my taste buds ample satisfaction. Unfortunately, I found a single strand of hair in my chicken which slightly diminished the rating. Otherwise a great place to grab a quick lunch. I’m sure I’ll find a chance to come back and rectify the rating.

Who doesn’t love Chicken Salad Chick. I appreciate having the option of something different besides fast food. I really like this location and it’s in a cool spot. This was my first time physically going into the restaurant. The staff were welcoming and did not rush me even though the store was closing in 20 minutes. Most of the staff were cleaning which I can appreciate. I really like the decor of the restaurant and it made it enjoyable to be there. I love the different options for chicken salad and have yet to try one that I did not like.

This place has a clear staffing issue and to me that just shows bad management. I ordered a turkey club no tomato, had to tell them 3 times in the drive through til they remembered it. Usually not a big deal I get sometimes they are multitasking while taking orders. Then I get to the window, wait 2 mins for them to ask me what I had once again. They proceeded to finally put the order in the register and take my card. After another 10 minute wait for my turkey sandwich with no tomato I had ordered 4 times, someone finally comes to the window and asks me if I had a different order. I say no and they go back inside for another 5 minutes. After coming out again they asked me what I had a 5th time and said the back never got my order. Finally I got my food after way too long.
The sandwich had tomatoes on it.
P.S. Don’t call a sandwich toasted if you are going to make it with cold toast and not even heat up the sandwich.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. I work 10 minutes from this location and I would have Chicken Salad Chick every Friday. I am very disappointed with the slow decline of the quality. The service has gotten to be so bad! The last several times I’ve ordered to go, I will be looking at my food sitting on the counter ready to be bagged up with 2-3 employees standing around it knowing that is there just talking to each other for 7-10 minutes while I’m standing there. The last sandwich I got had the smallest amount of chicken salad on it I’m not even sure there was any chicken salad there! I will not be going back any time soon.
