I had a double cheeseburger. It was a solidly tasty burger for the price, which is exactly what I was craving at the moment. I wouldn’t say it was the most standout burger ever, but definitely above average in my opinion. I also appreciate that they have a variety of burgers on the menu, including salmon, so there’s something for everyone if you’re in a group.

Signature Burger is honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in Seattle. I went in craving a good, satisfying burger and left already thinking about when I’d come back. I ordered the Storm Burger, and it did not disappoint at all. The patty was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Every bite was full of flavor without feeling heavy or greasy. The fried egg, caramelized onions, and house sauce came together perfectly and really made the burger stand out. Nothing felt overpowering, everything just worked.
I also really appreciated the brioche bun. It held everything together so well, which sounds like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference when you’re eating a stacked burger. Little mess, little falling apart halfway through. Its a well made burger from start to finish. The fries were hot and crispy (you have to order separately).
The overall vibe of the place is casual and welcoming, the kind of spot you can easily come back to again and again. Service was friendly and efficient, and you can tell they care about what they’re serving. If you’re someone who loves a really good burger made with quality ingredients and great flavor, Signature Burger is absolutely worth checking out. The Storm Burger alone is reason enough to go, but I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

Supersonics Burger was okay – taste was fine but totally lacking texture. The onion ring and bacon should have been crunchier. But the worst offender was the $5 sweet potato fries, which might have been microwaved. They only sat in the bag for 1 minute and every fry was completely soggy. I’d expect a burger place to get fries right and I wouldn’t pay any amount of money for that again.
Friendly staff and quick service though, with a spacious area for indoor and outdoor seating. Seems like a nice spot for groups.

Pretty medium! Got the impression everything is frozen/store-bought and mechanically assembled in the restaurant. Had an uncomfortable AI-ish video on loop on the TV of strange food preparation and plating. Place appears to be under new management from the original burger place in the building. Lots of better burger options around.

A bunch of my friends had gone to 206 Burger Company and said it was good, so I decided to check it out. As a proud pescatarian, I got their salmon burger, as well as garlic fries and a drink. The burger was really good, and lived up to the expectations set by my friends. The reason I give it four stars and not five is that it was really overpriced. I spent $10 on what would be at most a $7 burger from Rain City or another similar burger place. If the prices came down, I’d definitely go back!

Burger was meh but fries were great! The ingredients don’t seem to be anything special so the patty was mediocre. My suggestion to them would be to actually heat/toast/grill burger bun too – a small adjustment that might elevate even the most basic burger to a different impression! Otherwise, generally empty, and to be honest $10 for this burger was way too expensive. I’d expect something of more signature quality for that price…
