Today I got a large Cesnberry Kelli for takeout. It’s $12.99 & I can get 3 meals from it. The cranberry Kelli is chicken, dried cranberries, slivered almonds & mayo. It’s very tasty on the butter crackers they give you. Cranberry Kelli is a popular flavor , so I have gone before & they’ve been sold out. Service is quick & friendly. The restaurant is clean. Parking is easy since it’s at a strip mall. They are closed on Sunday.

The food is always amazing and very refreshing. I love the option of getting fresh fruit as a side. The service is always great, the workers will bring the food to a table of your choice and sometimes they will even come and clear your tray when you’re done. If you’re looking for a light healthy bite I recommend trying Chicken Salad Chick.

I love the food here. Always tastes great in my experience, however the restaurant is not the most clean. A quick vacuum run and wipe down of all surfaces would fix this up real quick. As a matter of fact, I myself love cleaning, and would love to work here and clean for you guys, and you can pay me with chicken salad. But yeah just would love if you cleaned the place up a bit more so it’s more appetizing and gives a more trustworthy introduction to your food. Peace and love.

Came inside of this business to grab a meal after work tonight. I was checking the menu online and even though it displays a different price, it is priced higher at the register. I wasn’t going to argue with the employee at the register but ate the extra cost. I did let them know about it, though. I grabbed a turkey club on wheatberry bread-untoasted, and a loaded potato soup.
I chose to dine in, they gave me a number and I went to go sit at my table. Food came out rather quick and they took my number back. Food is quite delicious, and I’m enjoying it. The atmosphere, the best way I can describe it is off? Like it doesn’t feel like a real place. The green is a weird color. The nearby empty dining tables are dirty with trash on them and on the floor.
Overall, would return but maybe once every 6 months. Cannot recommend. Oh and I tried to pay cash and card, they can’t do two different types of payment. That seals the nail in the coffin for me.

I really hate to be having to write this review. I absolutely love their food. The level of service here and customer appreciate has dropped so poorly over the last 6 months. The lady with red hair and glasses who works in the kitchen, yea im calling u out, needs to be fired. The last 3 times I’ve been in to give her employer money she is unwilling to prepare a single request. Specifically a simple side cup of sauce. The dressing thats placed on their broccoli salad. I’ve offered to pay for it, even when until she worked there it was gladly FREE!! The the way she speaks to the customers, again the sole reason she has a job, is unacceptable with disrespect and condescension. This level.of ABUSE is unacceptable. I hope someone representing them reaches out.

Stopped by to pick up dinner for my wife and I, Young lady at the counter was prompt and helpful, just a few minutes and the order was out to me. Upon arrival at home found out the soup order was not there.
A quick phone call back to the location and conversation with the manager, it led to a no resolve situation for my dinner for the evening, and she was condescending when closing our call, it was at this point I asked for a refund.
A 25 minute drive, one way, back to the Chicken Salad Chick location at Crestview, allowed me to get my refund, and not in full, It was a very unfriendly and rude situation for me, very unprofessional on the manager’s part.
Why does door dash get such priority over those waiting to get and order food?
I can not advise anyone in good faith to dine at this location.

Love the chain, location is slipping based off my experiences and reading reviews. I was next in line at 2pm, a door dasher goes through the same line and around me. Gets served, two other dashers walk up behind him, gets served, 8 min later my order is taken, then I wait for it to get made which I don’t mind, what I do mind is how you handle your door dasher orders, what good is the call in and online orders pickup location if you don’t use it accordingly

A few months ago I had some chicken salad from this location and got really sick and had food poisoning so I swore I would never eat it again then my sister had it last night for the first time in awhile and the same thing happened to her she’s been sick for two days from this chicken salad !!! Do not recommend. Food is good just not worth the food poisoning

My workplace and I, ordered a catering meal, and we never received the order. Heavily disappointed, won’t be using them again. DONT GO HERE!! My coworker attempted to call to get it sorted out, and they advised us to go to DoorDash. Our order was never placed with DoorDash. They just truly do not care and were very unhelpful

First time coming here, as I was at a business meeting in the area before heading back to Cincinnati. Lots of chicken salad options! I got the classic with a side of pasta salad to go. It came to about $12 including a drink, which is a good price for lunch. Reminded me on a McAllister’s Deli but chicken salad as their specialty! So yummy and I will be back! Got there at 11:45am to place a to-go order and was out by 12pm. I will say there was a line to the door by the time I headed out so be prepared to wait longer during lunch rush. I would recommend getting there around 11:30 for prompt service. Staff was polite and helpful. Restaurant looked very clean as well. I definitely recommend!
