Place was completely empty at lunchtime. The staff greeted me and were polite. The bread was dense, the meat was good, but there was so much Mayo and mustard it ruined it. I needed a handful of napkins. It was everywhere.

Food is always good (tho not toasted). Service is as fast and good as they probably pay for. That said, I’ve never had bad service. I’ve visit this shop pretty frequently and they have had their toaster broken for probably a year at this point. The sandwiches are still really good despite the lack of toasting. But the atmosphere is hit or miss. Often in the evening you can tell they don’t have enough staff to maintain everything through out the day. I went in once and nearly all the lights were off. Trying to save energy I guess but the back of the restaurant was dark and hard to see the lids, straws and utensils. With the 5 subs shops within a mile, there are other options that don’t seem to be struggling like this one does.

Ordered and came to the car to eat and it was disgusting! The bread was soggy and the food was cold. How that is possible in the time it took to walk outside. Went back in and asked them to reheat and they said they don’t have a microwave or way to heat. There was nothing but one single steak Em, a wad of lettuce and bread to this sandwich. I will never patronize them again!

Raised the prices but don’t update the price sign in the store, check out the picture, never bother ordering new flavours for the drinks machine, staff are lazy slow rude and obnoxious to customers. Really really bad here should just close the location.

On Thursday March 27, I walked in at 11:50 and the place was empty. Young lady pleasantly welcomed me. I noticed sign that said “no cash”. Laughed, young woman, working the counter by herself, smiled said “yes, “no cash”,” no opinion at all, just pleasant. From my order on, a steady line of customers. She pleasantly welcomed each as they entered and again was so pleasant to each customer. With each customer she went right to work on their order and called out each promptly. One customer did not have her card with her and had to wait while friend went out to car and she still remained sooo pleasant. She is an excellent employee and an asset to this store. And the sandwich was made exactly as I asked and timely. Great !!!

I never write bad reviews but thus was an Absolutely horrible experience. Took my other half on a date night. I ordered a combo meal small hook and ladder specifically asked to please not heat it along with a side of mac and cheese. My other half ordered a small sandwich and a side salad. Both made into combos.
I received no mac and cheese, a medium Sandwich that was so hot it had steam coming off when opened. There was very little food on the sandwich, one onion slice and nothing else to include the mustard. Other half got a side salad and a medium sandwich missing all the free toppings items requested and mustard.
I inquired if they could correct the order before removing it from the counter. The teenager girl with dreads working ignorantly told me it is what ordered and what I paid for pointing over and over at the receipt on their side. I said that does not mean it is correct. She then proceeded to tell me they “don’t do” cold sandwiches here and i could not request it as such. I explained again that this is not what I ordered how do we fix it. The teenage cashier was clearly new she helped him at least twice with the order. He simply could of asked to repeat any of it if he did not understand. She refused to fix either order and asked if i wanted to buy mac and cheese.
What a waste of money, $33 for chips and drinks. We will never eat here again.

Went here last week. Service was fast and friendly. When I got home and took a bite of my sandwich, bit into a slice of wax paper, which I’m assuming it’s to separate the meat or cheese. The manager (Cole) called to make things right but he has not called me back and I can’t leave a voicemail because his mailbox is full.

This location has been closed for months with nothing but a pile of lien notices shoved under the door. Someone occasionally collects the mail but it is obviously not reopening any time soon and as such should be marked as closed.

Never seem to be open during their open hours anymore. Twice in the last few weeks I have tried to stop by in the mid afternoon to grab something for later to find the store locked and dark. There was even a fed ex slip on the door from a failed delivery.
