I’ve enjoyed watching the expansion of the Jersey Mike’s empire, now being able to find their food regardless of the part of the country I’m visiting. Their entry into the Cochituate market is a welcome one. Parking is available on the south and west sides of the building, and I recommend using the exit onto Rt 27, regardless of which direction you’re trying to go when you leave. I had fun watching the sandwich techs make their bowl option – folding the assembled ingredients and using the bench scraper to dice the fixings into bite sized pieces. If you’re looking to save calories, please pay attention to the details on the menu – bowls are, as expected, substantially lighter on the waistline than sandwiches. But the wraps only appear to offer a slight savings in calories.

If you want the best subs around go here. RICHARD is the best cook they got and he learns your order and makes it absolutely incredible every single time. He makes you feel welcome and special and even leaves kind notes on your sub sometimes. Which makes my day!! He is a perfect example of outstanding customer service and I’m grateful they have someone so hardworking and outgoing and it’s obvious he puts love into the food he makes and oh man can we taste it! If he isn’t the manager there he should be!! Always a wonderful experience when Richard is working.

Jersey Mikes subs are often very busy and unorganized.. My child loves their gluten free subs so we keep going. Hard to find gluten free bread available at sub shops. Their sandwiches/ subs are overpriced in my opinion and average.

The best jersey mikes in the area I use to be a reg at the Framingham location but the Wayland location is better. The manager Rich is amazing and makes the best subs and his customer service is top tier.

I have never been more impressed by customer service in my life. Richard was phenomenal and so helpful to my elderly mother. Her had run out of battery in the store, and Richard was kind enough to charge it for her. The food is delicious, and the shop is extremely clean. I love that they freshly slice the meats and cheese. Highly recommend!

Upon walking into the brand new beautiful establishment, I couldn’t help but stop and appreciate the beautiful landscaping done to the building. Wonderful spot to open in town!! As I entered I was greeted by a very full, and enthusiastic staff! Everyone was so excited to finally be open and all there hard training definitely showed with my delicious sub!! Would highly recommend trying this place out before lines for it are down the road!
