Where is the 100 star option love chicken salad chic. I was in line for the grand opening and glad I got my free year of chicken salad yum. I’m Glad they are now closer to me no more driving an hour twice a week for chicken salad the only downside is I’ll be eating here more often lol if you haven’t tried them you are missing out. Highly recommend anything on the menu the staff is amazing Albertsville has a winner here best thing the city has brought in years

The food here is very delicious! I have never had chicken salad chick until today and I’m glad to say it was a good experience. Also the service was good. The lady that took our order was very sweet and patient while I tried to decide what I wanted since I’ve never been here. Definitely will be coming back!

We went at a later time in the day and the rush wasn’t bad and we understood it would be a wait which wasn’t the issue being that we were in the drive thru. I had never been to a chicken salad chik with a drive thru so we wanted to give it a shot cause all of our other experiences at all the other chicken salad chicks have always been great, not ever a bad experience until this one. We ordered and they were out of almost everything but we were already locked into the line that you can’t leave once your in it and decided to make the best of it. The server on the speaker was very sweet but there was an undertone to when we proceeded to order after she stated they were out of certain things to which we understood and adapted. No complaints just adapting to the new menu options that were available cause we understood holidays would wipe everyone out, we just wanted to try the place out for the experience and we ordered got our food and took an hour drive home to which I opened the bag and we were missing half our food. Everything else was right but the rest was not there. All together realizing that and trying to make the best out of it, I should’ve checked before we left but at the same time it should have all been there I feel. I have mixed emotions about it but I probably won’t be back to this chicken salad chik. The one in Pelham and in Huntsville on airport road have been amazing the times I’ve been. But in Albertville I’d recommend chosing a different food place if your wanting a better experience and to receive the food you pay for. The food we got was good though! Just the experience was not a good one for us.

I ordered catering Saturday night for my SIL baby shower and I messed up and put the wrong date. I put it for the week after. Brandy and her team were absolutely amazing and was able to get my order done that night! They were very kind and understanding about it and like always the food was amazing. I couldn’t recommend a better place to have cater and event. I truly appreciate them for helping me get my order on time.

I was really excited about albertville getting a chicken salad chick but I was very quickly let down. Ordering online doesn’t help the speed in which you get your meal. Each time I’ve visited this store I’ve waited over 30 minutes only for them to be out of certain things I ordered and me having to come back for several missing items. I’ll be sticking to gadsden and huntsville from now on

This was my second visit to a Chicken Salad Chick and my husband’s first. We weren’t real hungry, just needed something light to hold us over to dinner. We got the 2 scoops (Classic Carol & Fruity Fran) with broccoli salads to share. Both chicken salads were excellent! We bought several others to take home to both our mothers to try. Service was exceptional. Try them out if you haven’t! So glad we have one closer to home now!
