I walked in at 11:39 I wasn’t the only customer in the store. The 2 women were in the back stacking boxes. They made eye contact with me TWICE before saying I’ll be with you… I watched two flies land on a piece ham, then 2 minutes later the older lady came out and started on my 6 inch sandwich The younger woman ended up coming over to take over and asked me if the only sandwich there were mine. As she finished my sandwich I told her I also wanted a bottle water and she said “huh?” I replied a bit louder asking again for a bottle water. She nodded her head sideways and said “ok” my total was 8.32 and as I left I grabbed my bottle water out of the fridge. As I got in my car, she came outside screaming saying I didn’t pay for the water! I told her I bought half a sandwich and my total to wish she replied, and said she didn’t charge me for the water that she had given me a water cup… I told her that I did not want a water cup that I asked her for a bottle water… she threw her hands up, rolled her eyes and said well that’s on you… I walked in and refunded my entire order. The staff here is exceptionally rude and this location should be shut down. This is not the first incident that people have had at this location with the staff being extremely rude… The older employee was apologetic, but the younger girl has absolutely no respect! Disgusting

I don’t know if this place got new owners but this Indian woman tried to give me old hard bread 3 times and my sandwiches are very skimpy meaning she does not put a lot of veggies or meat . The sandwich is pretty flat too. I love getting a mouth full of goodness but I don’t get it here any more. I won’t be going here anymore I’m going to try a different location . She also didn’t let me use a coupon that was not expired. She stated the menu had changed and I couldn’t use it. Then she changed me double and I had to bring it to her attention and she looked annoyed. And I’m not one to get out of character but she was pushing it . The customer always comes first . I’m sorry but you guys need to get rid of this employee so you do t lose business

I stop there to eat sandwich as I got my sub to eat there…i ask the employe where is the restroom to wash my hands before I start eating…the employe told me to use next door restroom. Then I ask him u guys don’t allow customer to use…he said only for employee’s to use restroom. I took some pic’s of sign it says only for employee’s..!

I want to share my experience at this subway her name is Rosita I presented a coupon that says any 12” sandwich of my choice and she told me I did not have a choice she said I could only get the regular meets none of the other kind of meat I’ve gone to several of these in the central valley which includes Merced Turlock Modesto and Madera going all the way up to Lathrop I’m Lodi I feel that these subway should /Owner I’ll coupons and what the description is according to the franchise, When I asked her where is her boss she said that she was in India well that says it all, bad for business

I love the customer service .. I am going to this store from past 2 year.. After i saw a review i wanted to check whether the people review was true or false. I disagree with some of the review . They is no employee in the name of Rosita. Restroom it clearly mention in the door no public restroom complies with sec.114120 of the California uniform retail food facilities law. Everyone have to follow the law.
