First visit and it won’t be my last!
Walking into Chicken Salad Chick, I was immediately greeted with smiles from Dora and Phill. They were so friendly and welcoming! It was my first time there, and Dora went above and beyond to show me the variety of chicken salad options, even letting me sample before deciding. Everything was delicious, and their hospitality made the experience even better. I left with a full heart and a happy stomach. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing my friends next time.

I’ve tried samples of Chicken Salad Chick’s chicken salad at local markets, but this was my first visit to their St Pete brick-and-mortar restaurant. I anticipated a fast food ambiance, and instead was pleasantly surprised to find a friendly and welcoming dining room complete with holiday decor (complete with seasonal tablecloths!!!) From the moment we walked in, to the friendly and helpful counter staff, to the larger than anticipated menu,… Everything exceeded our expectations. The shareable platter (two scoops and two sides) was delivered to our table with an extra tray (I didn’t even ask for it!) and the grape salad and broccoli salad sides were delicious. While we hesitated to select our scoops, we were thankful to find a tasting table where an attendant gave us samples of any flavors we wanted to try before we made our selections. I’m so impressed!

I came for my lunch break and this was my first time at this location and the food was absolutely delicious (per usual), but the customer service was better! I forget his name but the manager was very caring and hilarious. I will be back again!

How refreshing! After looking good past the fast food options, I was so happy to find a place with fresh food. The chicken salads we tried were great and we had a very good broccoli salad that is a lot like a coleslaw using broccoli. And the pricing was extremely reasonable for a well-prepared and not frozen or fried or microwaved meal.

Everything was wonderful about this restaurant. They have great food with a variety of flavors. I had the barbue- q sandwich on a croissant and it was delicious. I have also had the original chicken salad and loved it as well. The portions are satisfying and the sides are tasty. The white chocolate cake is probably the best cake I’ve ever had, just melts in your mouth! The restaurant is nicely decorated and inviting and the crew was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Chicken Salad Chick!

I gave this place one star is because of the price. This place is so inflated. I literally just got a chicken salad sandwich, which is a normal sandwich and it costed so much. I was in shock. The portions were small and the chicken salad was just normal chicken salad, there wasn’t anything special or amazing about it. I don’t know why it has high ratings. I don’t know if they’re paying people to give them high ratings online but it I would never go back to this place and I would never recommend this place. It is in my eyes a rip off because you’re paying three times the price that you could pay elsewhere for just a normal chicken salad sandwich and the menu is limited. They don’t have many options and the portions are small. I just don’t understand why they have a high rating but I tell you what for how small the portions are and how high the prices are and the fact that the food is nothing unique or amazing, I would never recommend this place.

Not a bad place to go off of fourth. The service was great and the inside and outside dining areas were very clean. I chose to sit outside because it was so cold inside. The food was a bit pricey and the food was very bland. Now I can say. I have tried it once in didn’t get a great impression for for the money. The only thing spectacular to me was that I sat outside and got a great view in the beautiful Spring weather.

Tried it for the first time… Got take out and loved it! Very good chicken salad. Got the scoop with crackers and fruit. Impressed by the fruit – grapes, strawberries, blueberries… Not a bunch of melon to take up space. Even came with a cookie. I will be back!

When I’m there, their approach, food, and atmosphere are fresh, consistent, and a wonderful change from the status quo. The Jalapeño Holly is a personal favorite, with the perfect blend of spice and texture. Plus, the friendly service and inviting atmosphere make every visit feel special. I just wish we had one of these in Denver—I’d be a regular for sure!”

I went to the Chicken Salad Chick (St Petersburg, Florida) because I like the variety of the salads and soup. The menu is just the right size to make a diversified plate without a 100 different choices to make it complicated. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 plates (Jalapeño croissant chicken salad plate with loaded potato soup in picture.) for under $20. That is hard to find and both orders came with a cookie. I love cookies!!
Beverage options were teas. lemonade, soda and my choice water. Lol! Chicken Salad Chick also has ready made on the go items as well. Seating is plentiful with some outdoor seating options if you have a service animal or just love animals .
