I visited Chicken Salad Chick for the first time and was honestly so impressed! From the moment I walked in, the manager and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable right away and were happy to answer any questions I had. Also even allow me to try samples of chicken salad so that way I can choose my best choice. Today I went with the Cranberry Kelli and there’s more I like to try! I instantly fell in love with the broccoli salad! ☺️
It’s not every day you experience customer service like that. The food was great, but the genuine friendliness and professionalism really stood out to me. So special shoutout to the staff Stephanie and the manager Britney.

I kid you not, I discovered this masterpiece of a sandwich shop 3 days ago and have been in every day since! My favorite is the Fancy Nancy. They give you samples to decide what you want, they are so great. Especially Britney! She was so helpful when I was having issues with my card today. She made sure to handle my issue with care and compassion. There are two other girls there (a blonde and a redhead) who are so sweet as well. Overall, this is the cutest (and cleanest) sandwich shop to eat at!

Came in here and ate for the first time and it was extremely clean and spotless! The girls working were incredibly nice and making suggestions in fun ways with personality! One girl even came out of the kitchen to thank a Vietnam Vet for his service, I was impressed! The food was amazing and tasted very fresh and delightful! Lots of drink options, they have lemonades made there, fountain drinks and tea. It really is amazing how many options you can have at a specialty place like this! We will be back and look forward to it! Thank you

The workers are nice. The place is cute and would be a nice place to eat lunch and work, or have lunch with a friend. I was disappointed the day I went though they were out of three of the four kinds of chicken salad that I went for. It was around Christmas time so maybe they were just too busy. I will try them again.

Well that was just delightful. The staff was friendly, the store was very well staffed and the line moved very quickly.
The food was great and the young lady at the register (maybe Bree?) offered suggestions and she was spot on.
Even the kids turkey sandwich’s were a hit.
We will 100% be back and this is a great addition to Kernersville.

This was my first time eating here and I was very excited to try it based on friends recommendations. I went for lunch, the restaurant was not crowded, maybe 4 or 5 tables occupied. Matthew was my cashier, and he was great. I told him it was my first time and asked him his opinion of the flavors-he offered me a sample, and it was very good so I ordered the Dixie Chick on a croissant with broccoli salad and added pasta salad. The Chicken salad was good, flavorful and not dry. The croissant was very tough, making it hard to eat the sandwich without pulling it apart. The broccoli salad was okay-tasted premade and had a strange after taste to it. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. The pasta salad had tons of flavor but was dry, likely the noodles had soaked up the dressing already. The restaurant overall was clean, the music was a little too loud, but it was HOT in there. It was a little uncomfortable to sit and eat so I didnt stay long. I can say, I would likely be back, but only if the ac is cooling better!

This place is rock solid. I’ve been here near a dozen times and the food is very tasty, consistent, and the staff are always smiling. The fruit salad is fantastic! The serving sizes to me are just right. Not too much but enough to fill you up. I really enjoy how light the food makes you feel after, not heavy and draining. I would recommend you try it!

Purchased 2 lb of chicken salad original July 26th 2025. Needless to say they did not have air conditioning in this place. Chicken salad was not any good had a lot of gristle in it. Went back into the store for a refund and the air conditioning still out as of July 28th 2025. Mind you this place is only a year old in a brand new building. People eating inside in this 100° heat this is inside temperature mind you. and they had a red velvet cake sitting on the counter I thought to myself who in the right mind would eat that in this heat it being set out for God knows how long. Put it this way I will never eat there again.
