It’s about time Cutler Bay/Ridge got a CK!! literally the best service i’ve gotten at any CK, especially since the one by sunset closed ( ). Ray, the girl w the pretty eyes, the black guy, the tall hispanic guy (I should’ve asked for names….) we’re GREAT and really made the experience. I’ve been a bunch and will continue to go. Food is good, as all Chicken Kitchens are, however don’t bother ordering online. Per the manager – They intentionally delay making online orders “because of uber orders” and give priority to people in line. So they don’t even start your order till you get there (at the time it tells you to pick up because its supposed to be ready), after they’ve served everyone in line. So for the good customer service, skip their very flawed online ordering.
