I wouldn’t normally write a review, since chicken express is always a 50/50 chance of being the best chicken ever or meh, but I feel like I got ripped off with my order. I ordered a #2 with the 7 tenders with half spicy and half regular, and an extra order of fries. They only gave me 5 regular tenders, and one of them was a half tender in size. 5 tenders with an extra order of fries is not worth $20. Chicken express was my favorite chicken place and it used to be my regular cheat day place, but I’ve been disappointed the past few times I’ve been here. Would recommend Lisa’s fried chicken and seafood if you want a better deal for chicken tenders

This is my favorite location because of the staff. I always forget I want a #1 dinner. They are beyond pleasant when they help me remember. Fast and efficient. Forget canes – chicken express always has great fried okra.

Yes I love that my husbands food was hot and ready but having a customer wait just to have their tenders cold to wait for fry catfish to be well done cooked is kinda messed up. I have to wait to get to a microwave or air fryer just to warm up my food .

First time having Chicken E and let me tell you what! Blows everything Chicken joint around out of the water! Chicken hit with all different flavors. Biscuit nice, buttery and moist. Sweet tea on point! Sweet tea was so good we got a gallon to go!

We were here on on Tuesday, today is Saturday, and this spit bottle was in the same place by the door. We also came at 8:43pm today and the doors were all locked and no signs. Perhaps the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open till 10? Don’t know, no sign. I have 3 stars because the employees were nice on Tuesday and well, service does make a difference. Please pick up trash on your establishments doorstep, and please post a sign of your lobby is not going to be open. I would understand if you’re short staffed, etc. Thank you

Asked for the manager and got a young lady that did not appear to be a manager. Asked for owners number since I was told that this was not a Corporate store and after about 5 minutes I was given the stores phone number not the owners. The owner or the manager of this store really needs to step up the customer service here since it is horrible and they want you to go back in line and wait another 20 minutes for you to reorder what they messed up on. I would give 0 stars if possible. I would like for the owner to contact me please.
