I used to come to this location all the time. Service has gone downhill in a big way. I watched five employees sit around and talk. Then, when my food finally comes to the window. Nothing was said to me. Got home to luke warm food and cold fries. If I’m going to be spending almost twenty dollars on a meal. I’ll go somewhere else. Even the manger ( guy in a black shirt) was standing around. I guess I got the last of what was cooked for the lunch rush. Pitiful..

I was there 8/28/23 and I’m not sure who my cashier was but she was very nice! She set a great mood and that’s huge for me being big on customer service. Keep up the great work and the food was perfect!

1st time to visit a Church Express. The Employee’s were top notch. All were very friendly and helpful. I have now found my favorite chicken place. We had 3 pieces chicken and sides each. All tasted awesome. What more could you ask for, great food and best service I’ve had in a long time. Keep up the awesome job to all that was there this morning.

I refuse to give my business to this establishment for my own financial safety. It’s true that there is an individual that works here that is know to collect and publish another’s information online. Said individual even added a review under the guise of a “coven”. Like what’s been said what’s to keep him from collecting your card info when given for payment and used to their benefit? Legitimate question all things considered.

The young folks working at Chicken Express gave me rapid and extremely courteous service. Food temperature and taste very good. The only downside is the cost. It was far greater than I expected. $40 with tax for chicken tenders and one side is exorbitant. Recommend for service and quality, price point was extremely disappointing for what we got. I won’t go back, but that’s only due to the price.

Loved the Christmas decorations at this location, very cute! But the food left more to be desired. Ordered the spicy express tenders and I got basically the fried breading and no chicken….the jalapeno poppers were not spicy at all either. Hit or miss here.

Pretty consistently good food. They’ve really jacked up the prices, but that’s pretty much everywhere nowadays. The service is quite slow and the staff isn’t very friendly at all but I’m not there to make friends so as long as they get my order right I’m happy.

I have been going here for many years. Tonight was absolutely the worst. Placed on order and got home and no gravy. I went back and the kid just dumped it into containers and shuck it up and got home and more than half of the gravy was in the bag.

Went to the drive-thru of course I didn’t check my order ( my bad). Missing side & drink for combo meal. . Called back up there and spoke to the manager Joaquin he was very polite and very nice he took my information and said next come I come through he’ll take care of me. ********Then*******the”person” that fixed the order, called my personal phone and proceeded to argue with me she was right & I was wrong . The items are printed on my receipt. VERY VERY UPSETTING. I just wanted chicken for my 90yr. old mother. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Food is what you’d expect from a fast food joint, service has been on point. Lobby was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been even swept all day, including behind the counter. 15mins of work would make the atmosphere a lot better.
