I was here today and at the entrance the floor is super wet and I inform you that it was very slippery that they should put a mat for protection to the clients and they answered that they were not going to do it. And Mr. Patel (I do not know if he is the Manager) comes with a very unpleasant attitude and with a look that does not care about the client. Take care of your customers because we are paying for their product, which they offer DOUNKIN DOUNTS.

Probably one of the least consistent DD’s I’ve ever been to. Yesterday the snacking bacon was crispy and good. Today it was soggy and tasted nothing like pepper or syrup. Coffee was burnt today and when I asked for the bagel they forgot to put in the bag the girl was super rude. Told me I hadn’t paid for a bagel even after I produced the receipt that showed that I had in fact paid for it. Once I did receive it, it was good. I won’t be patronizing this location anymore.

This place really deserves NO stars! The women who work here are so miserable! Not ONE word is said when I pull up to the window and they hand me my order. How is it that with so many negative reviews has anything changed in your establishment?! DO BETTER!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts on Busses. The staff here, especially Kinjal, clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed genuinely annoyed that I dared to order food like it was an inconvenience to them.

To make things worse, the manager Mike wasn’t any better. You’d expect a manager to step up and handle things, but instead, he had the same arrogant attitude and dismissed my concerns like they were a joke. No apology, no professionalism, just bad manners and rolled eyes.

Food was handed over like they were doing me a favor, not a paying customer. No basic courtesy, no greeting, not even a thank you. Just cold, sloppy service and a side of attitude. Even they charge for the water, $1.50 ridiculous.

Save yourself the headache—go literally anywhere else. Dunkin’ should be embarrassed to have people like this representing their brand.

Very rude. Went to the window and used a gift card. We asked how much was on it since we had to pay out of pocket. The girl kept repeating how much we still owed. She walked away and another girl came over. We asked her the same thing one time and she looked at us and just walked away. Completely ignored us. When the food came they just handed it off and closed the window. Very very rude. Also we got the new loaded bacon hash browns. Not worth the money. At least not at this location. All bacon and barely any jalapeño cheese

The employees are the worse people they have really bad attitude, you’re not even finish your order and they tell you to move, no matter what you order taste weird and you always paid different prices for the same item, I hope someone do something with this location. I wish I can rate as a 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give 1 star

Ordered a box of munchkins through my phone for a social event and chose to pick up inside the store. Arrived to the store ~20 min later. Was told they didn’t receive the order despite me having a confirmation email. Took +10 min for them to agree to give me the order. Staff were rude and kept telling me that I may have chosen the wrong location or pick up time. It was an unpleasant and an unprofessional experience. My first and last time coming to dunkin.

They are slow they can’t never get your order right and they lied yesterday tells me they didn’t have the butter pecan frozen coffee and this morning they tell me they didn’t have hazelnut coffee what dunkin.

donuts you know have ever run out of anything stop lying to customers you all need to get employees that properly know how to take orders right your customer services suck
