Always hot. Always good. Always fast. I wish all the locations were this good. I stopped at the one in Jacksonville, TX & the chairs were upside down on the tables at 7:50 p.m. SEVEN FIFTY! Man is that owner missing out on revenue. Mineral Wells stays open until after 9 & sis busy every time I walk in the door. This could be the chain’s “Poster Franchise.”

The lady shoved my drinks into my hand and looked at me rudely. I ordered a 6 piece spicy and received 4 1/2 regular. My kids drinks were flat and fries were cold. The driest chicken I’ve ever eaten. The worst chicken place in Mineral Wells. People stay away from this place.

I guess I may be getting old. I remember growing up working at Shotguns BBQ and trading food with Chicken E we were next door to each other at that time. They moved life went on and it has always been the of the “IT” places to work if you have to work in fast food during High School. But these kids are so rude, sometimes refuse to give you your change back, when you hand them correct changes sometimes, they get lost! I come from a generation where pennies add up Im sure that have given them enough change for several sweet teas. And I not talking about just nonchalantly leaver the 5 cents for the tip jar if they even do that.

Really delicious. No seasonings in the batter like KFC, and I’m glad for that. This was just perfectly cooked, crispy fried chicken at its absolute best and I’m tremendously impressed.

It’s a staple around here. Only time it ever drops in quality is when they sell more than they expect and didn’t have enough tenders marinated from the night before. At that point, it tastes as bland as it gets. It has lost some luster over the years, but so have I, so not going too hard on it. All in all- solid food every time.

Terrible experience. Asked for a 7 piece tender meal. Got a 7 “piece” meal. Some fragments were just as big as my pinky. Got 3 mini popper and 3 cheese sticks as some of my disappointing sides…got a nice bagful of corn nuggets and a nice half full container of mashed potatoes… used to enjoy coming here but won’t be doing so again. I’ll purchase my chicken elsewhere from now on.
