Replicate the Magic
This was a strong first-night win for us. We went with a burrito mojado and it hit the exact “travel-day comfort food” spot: warm, filling, and satisfying without being fussy. If your group is splitting up to try multiple trucks, this is an easy one to add into the mix because it’s familiar in the best way and feels like you get a lot of food for what you pay.
We featured it in our YouTube video, search for “Replicate the Magic” on YouTube to find it.

Came here during a power outage and was happy to find the food truck park hopping with plenty of trucks open and running on generator power. Despite the 3 star rating I chose to try El Taco Borracho simply because of the short line. The tacos were decent. The carne asada was pretty typical for flavor. The Al pastor was better and what I would get of if I came again. Tacos were full of meat and the salsa had a nice kick.

I had chicken enchiladas and they were fantastic. Very surprised at other reviews, and I am a foodie and really picky about quality. 1 star off because $21 is insane for 3 tiny (street taco sized) chicken enchiladas off a food truck. I would definitely come here again. The Food Truck Park atmosphere was a 10. Food came quickly, which I appreciated on a busy Monday night at 7:30pm.

Absolutely by far the worst tacos I have ever tried. I ordered Birria tacos for my daughter and each tacos was all fat and hardly any meat. The cook should be embarrased to serve this to anyone. Especially in Maui and with the prices they are charging for them. These are not even edible. Save your money and do not eat here.

The tacos are delicious, especially the Al pastor and the chorizo. The chicken enchiladas were also super delicious. They cover them in a lime based sauce that really captures the taste of the island. Highly recommend. They are also one of the only trucks that were also open for lunch. It appears that most of the other trucks in the lot only open at 430 ish for dinner.

Others were right. Food is a little bland. Got fish tacos that lacked flavor big time. The fish itself were large pieces and cooked well. Just had no flavor. The hot dog was great, especially for $9. Highly recommended that if you pick this truck

Came here two nights in a row! Best Mexican food I’ve had in Hawaii. The burrito mojado and torta were delicious. Recommend the carne asada torta, fresh bread made to perfection!

The food was absolutely delicious!! I wear hijab and am visibly muslim. The girl at the counter that took my order made it a point to let me know that the camerones borracho has tequila in it. I appreciated that so much! She didn’t have to do that but she did and that shows integrity of the owners/workers of this place. 10/10 would recommend on the quality of the food alone!

Carne asada tacos were bad, single tortilla not even double, salsa taste bad, just wouldn’t buy again. I know is Hawaii but definitely overpriced for the tacos. If it was good ok but they were very bad

Food was edible but not worth 21$. I ordered the wet burrito and literally 1 minute later I was given my order.
Burrito had only rice, bean, meat, and lettuce on the inside, and on the outside, green sauce (probably canned), a little cheese, and a drizzle of crema. Service was a little too quick, but everyone was friendly. Overall, I was not impressed and I think the 3 star rating is on par.
