I ordered 3 piece fish and I was told it’ll be 15 minutes, which is fine. But when I got my fish, it was overcooked, so my fish was very crunchy. and there was hardly any meat on the inside. Spoke with management so they can tell the cooks to monitor it when there cooking.

Lack of basic hygiene. Was behind a lady in the drive thru that had her dog in her lap and the girl at the register proceeded to pet and let the dog lick her hands. Didn’t use sanitizer or wash her hands after, just proceeded to fix my drink and take my card like she didn’t just have a dog lick her fingers. I have a dog myself, they’re great, but you don’t pet animals when you’re working in food service of all things. If you must, at least be wise enough not to do it full view of customers. I’ve worked in food service myself for years, that should just be common sense not to do that. And if it isn’t, employees should be trained to know better. Disgusting

Better check your order twice before you leave! You’ve been warned. They initially missed part of our order. Got home and they missed another part of our order. Unbelievable. Hard to know if they can’t read, or just don’t care. Appears it starts with the manager. Good luck!

My son drove all the way across town (15 to 20 minutes each way) because I love the fish here. When he got back with food, I had an order of corn nuggets as a side. I had ordered mashed potatoes and cole slaw. I didn’t get either of those. This is not the first time an order has been wrong. Service is really bad. Why can’t they hire decent employees? Very disappointed.

I went through the drive thru today to get a snack pack for my son on the way back home. 1st issue I had is the person that took my order needs to work on their listening skills as I had to repeat twice that my son wanted CORN NUGGETS as his side item. I get to the window, I pay & receive our teas. However, when we receive our food, there was absolutely NO EMPLOYEE INTERACTION. As soon as I handed the food to my son & turned around the person was gone- even before I could ask for condiments or napkins (which I DID NOT RECEIVE). Then we get home to eat our food & my son receives old, soggy french fries in his snack pack- Not the Corn Nuggets I had to repeat twice to them that he wanted!!!!

Wife bought family tender meal, we all ate 2 hours later wife gets nauseous and lightheaded with diarrhea. Called them the next day and they tried saying she got it somewhere else. No refund no meal replacement. SAD !!!! Won’t be eating there anymore. Update thought we would try again, bought livers and fish, the livers were burnt and the fish was plain nasty. How dare they call themselves a restaurant? Disgusting
