Ordered 4 tender meal and 7 tender spicy meal as well as family okra and the largest bombers. Elizabeth said I was required to pay $.50 per sauce and that I could not have any sauce for the bombers as well as giving me ketchup packets that were completely wet after asking for ketchup for the okra. They have officially lost a loyal customer because why would I have e to pay extra for sauce after spending nearly $50. It’s insane.

A waste of time and money. I ordered a seven piece with a biscuit. I got five chicken tenders and french fries and a roll. Shame on me for not opening the box before leaving, but this is just a huge disappointment. It’s literally #2 on the menu, how do you mess that up?

Chicken was consumed on Tuesday 2/2/2026, Severe diarrhea and nausea persisted until 2/7/2026. Nothing visually wrong with the food, nor any extreme off odor or “freshness”. However, I suspect something was improperly cleaned or simply not cleaned at all. Something such as a dirty rag or other contaminated cleaning supplies is most likely present. The strain of bacteria is currently not more than a small doctors visit, but if left to grow, the infection may reach something more serious requiring specialized treatment in order to prevent or reverse. This is a preliminary warning to the owner to tighten up standards or there most likely be an investigation in the future, given the attention this review would generate.
I do not enjoy being this sick, and this may be the thing that convinces me that going out to eat isn’t the smart thing to do anymore given the risks presented with losing time at work and income, or getting a fast, convenient meal.
To people reading this review, bottom line is that every restaurant in the world can give you food poisoning if you are unlucky. However, that risk can be multiplied if you eat at a place that has verifiably has given someone that sickness. It’s worse when you actually prefer the brand too, but your health is in your hands.

I have not been to this location in over a year, and decided to go today. I ordered a three piece with two thighs and a leg. I asked the lady at the window if they take military discount, she said yes. I showed her my ID. After reviewing the receipt and noticing there was no discount applied, I asked her why and she said she thought she did and blamed it on the system, and apologized. I said okay, as it’s not that big of a deal. After checking my order, I realized they only gave me two thighs but no leg. I go inside to ask for a manager, and the lady at the window who gave me my order initially, is the manager. As a manager, I am aware that the discount could have been applied since she has the credentials to do so. I explained to her that I was missing a piece, and she asked “so you need a leg?” Well yes, I would like my third piece of chicken that I paid for lol. I asked for a refund, and it was given. I did not receive a receipt, and they told me that there is no receipt for the refund. I will not be returning to this location again. I do not want to put my money somewhere where people are careless and incompetent.

May I please make a request??? Please, please, please do not place napkins inside the box on top of food. Are the napkins in a secure place from debris and contamination before being placed in the box? Even, the styrofoam cup of gravy should be separated. Can we place it behind the liner (in this order, it was a napkin) of the food so it is not touching as well? There has been too many reports of food poisoning and listeria outbreaks. Just to mention a few…
8.9.25- After only receiving the box of food ordered, I ask if I could please have a bag. The worker handed me a paper bag [pictured]. Now, mind you, I just witnessed the previous customer receiving a plastic bag of food. Did they assume the order I picked up was for me and again assumed I would be ok with a paper sack?

Could you not have thrown in a complimentary item for the wait? Plus, stop being stingy and put my box in a sack along with my other items. I had the best experience there tonight in the drive thru. My wife orded the fish and they told us it would be about an 8 minute wait. We said not a problem. When we received our order, all of our food was freshly made. It was the most delicious meal we have had from a fast food establishment in a while. My compliments to whomever made the decision to make it all fresh since we were waiting already. Thank you very much!!!! This is the restaurant on 29th and Sooner. Great job!!!!

They drive thru was backed up in a serious way; I ended up having to go inside to get my order. I thought maybe having a couple of mobile pick up spots would help a lot.
