Don’t go to this location, this is NOT the first time we had to wait 20 or so minutes at the drive thru, we went here last Saturday night after seeing JP movie concert and our experience was HORRIBLE! we asked for the $8 biggie meal and LARGE brownie batter vanilla frosty, instead Jeff gave us a freaking SMALL! It says on the order LARGE, he was rude to my mom and I and even said when he gave us a size xl ” don’t expect it to happen again “, that is NOT good customer service at all and I’ve done customer service since 2011! Plus Jeff and his coworker were NOT wearing their Wendy’s uniform, unprofessional! Plus you can’t even call them, I’ve tried for 3 days and no one will pick it up at all! And their website says they’re open 7am, but the sign on the drive thru says they don’t open till 10am, so they’re misleading us customers! I even did the customer survey and contact us section with my phone number and NO ONE will call us! This place really sucks, the way we treated, I would NEVER do that cause I follow the rules and if i said stuff like that, I would’ve been fired. Also it says on yelp review, they had 5 standards NOT met and they still passed, how can a restaurant pass 5 things that aren’t met to standard?! That makes no sense whatsoever! And Jeff shutting the window on us when we’re saying thank you, how rude! I do NOT recommend this place at all anymore and like I said, we are NOT going back, ever! They lost 2 customers and none of this is our fault

Absolutely annoyed right now. Just wanted to try to new Thin Mint Chocolate frosty and not only do they continue to get my order wrong and give me the Vanilla version.. they hang up the phone every time I try to call to tell them they are getting this order wrong. It’s beyond frustrating and I guess I’ll have to be going inside to WATCH the employees to make sure they do the right ice cream. If you’re out of chocolate say something. Don’t just give somebody vanilla when they’ve ordered chocolate and send them on their way. It’s absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service.

Usually I give the benefit of the doubt to fast food places when it’s busy, but not this time. The wait in line was abnormally long, and didn’t stop even when we pulled up to the order taker. The car in front of me promptly placed their order and drove ahead, I sat for 6 minutes before anyone spoke a word to me. I really don’t mind waiting, but to not say anything letting us know it would be a minute seemed more than crazy to me. We place our order and are told to pull up to the first window. I pull up, make eye contact with the guy, he locks the door and puts up two signs to pull ahead. Again, not a single word. I pull up to the next window and see a guy that has been working there for quite some time, yelling and joking around. He opens the window, gives me my total then slams the window. He opens it to give me change and the drink then once again slams the window. We get our food, I say thank you, again no response or words spoken to me. That should be the end of it right? No, unfortunately not. I was missing some sauces so I decided to try my luck in the lobby. There was a very nice woman running the front counter on her own, while the kid at the drive-through who I just dealt with is goofing off and being nasty to her. Coworker squabbles happen, but they should never happen in front of customers. The female employee was very professional and quickly brushed off the kids remarks, but again that should never happen, especially when the one making the comment is the person dragging their feet. Finally, I think that’s the end of it and go to eat my food. I asked for pickles added to my burger and those were missing. Not a big deal but what really put the cherry on top was the cheese fries. It looks like they heaped shredded cheese on it, threw it in the microwave and hoped for the best. I have gotten them before and well, these fries I got today were most definitely not right. Anyway I would avoid this Wendy’s if I were you. Bring your business to BK or honestly anywhere other than the Topsham Wendy’s.

Placed a mobile order for this location, giving 7+ minutes lead time on the arrival. Ordered a Biggie Bag and received a burger that appears to have been thrown against a wall after assembly, and what I believe are chicken chunks…. This was of course, after other customers who arrived after me, got their food first, thus defeating the purpose of ordering ahead here.

The Cobb Salad is fantastic though! I’ll likely only visit here again for their salads

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way through town. The bathrooms were incredibly clean and well stocked! The person helping us, Ruth, was so kind and helpful and made us feel special. The food tasted hot, fresh, and came at a great price. We are so thankful for this Wendy’s stop that absolutely made our day!!! <3

The absolute worst Wendy’s that I ever went to. This the second time that the service is soooo slow that I left the drive tru line to order inside. It was even worse inside as stood there for 5 minutes with no one even looking at me. I left and went next door to McDonald’s.

This place is ran horribly every time we come in the morning nothing is ready, nothing is thawed, the people from the previous shift left a mess nothing is ready, it’s going to be a 40 min wait. It’s a pattern of inconsistency with these people! They seriously need to get there stuff together! Corporate definitely needs to clean up there employees!

Wendy’s is usually good STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I wanted 1 hour for my food at the drive thru when I got to the ordering speaker the guy acted very unprofessional and also yelled ANYTHING ELSE multiple times as we came up to the window no hello or anything just grabbed the card and handed it back and just basically tossed the bags at us!! I usually don’t complain but this is RIDICULOUS the food is also BURNT do not go here

This place used to be awesome but now it’s dirty as there’s trash all over the lobby, and kitchen. When we walked in the girl said no when we tried to order so then later she let us order, we waited for 15 mines to get the MOST depressing food ever! Not to mention almost all the drinks in the machine are out and we saw people walking out because no-one took their order. This place must be improved or I dont see it being around for long.
