The worst fried chicken I’ve had in my life, tenders were old, hard, and re-fried. Absolutely nothing was fresh and you can definitely get belly sick after eating here. First and last time for me, please consider other options before actually eating here because I wish I did. Simply disgusting

Gross fries, worst fries I have ever had for a $17 fast food meal. The oil was over a day stale, and made us nauseous. I asked for a refund, and the store employees were so rude. They said they cannot refund, and there is nothing they will do other than offer more stale cooked fries. Do not eat here, scammers who do not know how to run a business.

I was really disappointed with the food here. The chicken tenders and french fries were greasy, overcooked, and burned. Nothing tasted fresh, and the quality was far below what I expected. Unfortunately, the food was just disgusting. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a good meal.

There are not many places to choose from at the outlet mall and this was new (to us) so we thought we would give it a try. Three chicken tenders for $8 is a bit steep but everything in the food court is pricey. The chicken was just cooked and was outstanding. Very tender and moist; loved the crispy crunch. The barbecue sauce was the best I’ve ever had at a fast food place. We walked over from the casino because the food choices there are not very good and are glad we did.

This place is horrible, the food is mediocre at best, but I can’t give it 1 star in fairness it was a 2 or 3, super expensive 2 chicken burger meals was almost $42, serving size was average the drink is super small, the price is way too much though, let’s get to the service, the service was terrible, they are very rude, and super stingy with just basic sauce, I ordered Cajun fries the cashier even said it back to me, and when I asked for sauce such as bbq sauce he said I will pick it up at the end, well I waited and waited, and people that ordered after me were getting their food already, so I politely went up and asked if I could go ahead and get my sauces, the guy asked me what my order # was, he looked and said, you didnt order any I explained what the cashier said and he said we’ll go down there then this is the kitchen area and very rude about it then supposedly the manager which he was not any better came and said just give him the sauce so he asked me what sauce I said could I get a couple of barbecue sauces? He said no you can’t have two you didn’t pay and really rude and arrogant about it. Then another customer came over while I was dealing with all this and asked for a sauce and gladly gave it to him without hesitation, this place is the worst with customer service. I would definitely go to another food stand.
