The first employee with whom I spoke with was polite and helpful. He told me that the 2 personal pan pizzas we ordered would be ready in 15 minutes or less. We waited the 15 minutes and when we returned to the counter there were no employees. My son noticed a sign that stated shoppers should bring purchases to the near by Starbucks counter for check out. So my son waited another 10 minutes. When I arrived to see what the hold up was he shrugged and said that he hadn’t been helped yet. I noticed a different employee behind the counter near their freezers and nodded to him and he asked if he could help me and I said yes we ordered pizzas 15 minutes ago. To which he replied in a snotty voice that he knew nothing about it.. I began to retrieve my receipt when he located them and said that he could have gotten these to me sooner if I had read his sign and gone to Starbucks. I said my son read it but since I had already purchased the pizzas and he had nothing to check out with he didn’t think it applied to him. My son is 13 and this employee apparently saw him standing there waiting but didn’t ask him if he needed anything until I arrived and sought him out. This employee was not only curt and rude from the start he continued to belittle us with his attitude and curt statements. You really need to assess this employee’s customer service skills. If I was a little irritated when I approached it was because we had waited nearly 30 minutes for our purchase and when I asked about it I was greeted with snide curt comments and behavior. While the first person was polite this person was truly awful and turned a difficult situation and made it worse.

after multiple conversations with a regional manager for the pizza hut franchise, nothing was accomplished , but she did have plenty of excuses. i havent ordered food from there in a while because they removed the 2 or more for $5.00 deal, which was raised to $5.99 and only a few items were $5.99 . the latest reviews state that the service has gotten worse just in the last few weeks. dominos is fast, courteous service, food is good and they appreciate the business

Oct 20, 2022 was the first time I’ve had bad food from Pizza Hut. A large thin crust with pineapple and ham was like eating cardboard. I think we got a gluten free crust which we didn’t ask for. Barely any cheese and just plain horrible. I’m done with pizza for awhile.

The worst customer service. They sent it to the wrong address and said I’d have to pay for the doordash all over again. When I asked for a refund they said it will take 5-10 business days. Pizza Hut is a joke.

We ordered a Specialty Pizza for take out and were very dissapointed with what we got. I used to enjoy Pizza Hut Pizza, but after today, I probably will not go back to this location.

See I’m cutting weight for a fight this is my last cheatmeal for a while I can order you guys’s boneless chicken wings and a salad or some pasta or something in the future but if you’re going for the big wamo you might as well order four pizzas breadsticks chicken wings another steak Pizza quesadilla go for the works get it all in get your workout in and then hit him up next month
