My wife, son, and I dropped in this evening for dinner at Cassano’s Pizza on S Main Street in Centerville, and it was fantastic! The gentlemen working were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. We had our piping hot Pepperoni and Supreme pizzas on the table in less than 15 minutes. Both were absolutely delicious… crispy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. The whole experience was top-notch, and we can’t wait to come back!

Cassano’s has one of the most unique, crispy thin crust pizza’s. The salty aspect was missing this time, but It’s still great! You know a pizza is good when you can just order cheese. I wouldn’t say this is the best Cassano’s location, but we definitely will be back when we are in this area.

First of all, my order took an hour to get here and on a Thursday night, there is no way that it should take that long.
My Mother and my Aunt used to work for Cassano’s. When I was a young girl I had the honor to meet Big Vic when I was sitting at the table waiting for my Mom to get off work at store #1. Back then, the focus was on Excellent Product every time and Excellent Customer Service. I do not know what happened to this philosophy, but now it is a miracle that Cassano’s is still in business.
I ordered an XL DELUXE pizza with extra cheese and a small pizza, light on the sauce, with extra cheese. Both pizzas were burnt, cold, and the XL DELUXE was made with just cheese and NO DELUXE TOPPINGS.
The small pizza was for my 5 year old. He has Autism and will only eat pizza that is made a certain way.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! BIG VIC WOULD TURN OVER IN HIS GRAVE IF HE KNEW THAT HIS CUSTOMERS ARE SUBJECTED TO THIS INCOMPETENCE IN HIS STORES.

This was one of the most disappointing pizzas I’ve had in my entire life. What happened to cassanos? This used to be one of my favorites. I visited here on Easter Day and ordered a large big cheese with pepperoni added for pick up. I was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in 15 and had to wait an additional 5. There was nobody else there. Cashier was underwhelming and didn’t offer plates or napkins. I was so shocked when i got home and opened the box. Grease was literally pooled on top of the pizza. I could see there was an attempt to cut the pizza, but the pizza cutter did not penetrate the crust. I essentially had to rip my pizza into pieces. But I was SO hungry and I wasn’t going back!!! The pizza was SO salty. The cheese wasn’t browned on top. The crust was unsurprisingly soggy and grease dripped down my hands my stomach was a wreck for DAYS after consuming this pizza. I will be avoiding cassanos in the future to save myself from needing a triple bypass.

We have gotten from this location for a long time and it was always good. We spent almost $100 on Sunday to treat my family who hasn’t had this in 10 plus years and it was extremely disappointing. All you could taste was salt. We threw over half of it out. I talked so highly of this location to just be disappointed. I should have went with Jets over this one like they requested but I vouched how great this was. I was very wrong. We will not be going back again. We will most certainly taking our business to the competitors.

Ordered take out. There was nearly no sauce, cheese or pepperoni on my medium pizza. I was craving the salty crust pizza I remember from back in the day. I was so sadly disappointed. It was so dry due to lack of sauce I couldn’t even finish it.

Updating my review. 2/3 last visits during the last six months, I arrived when I was told to by the call center agent, only to find that my pizza was not even put into the oven yet. First time this happened I waited in the lobby an extra 35 minutes.
Today, I told them I didn’t want it.
This is extremely disappointing because the pizza is usually good. Doesn’t matter if you are pissed off when you eat it, or can’t wait an extra 20 minutes past what you were told. 5 or 10 minutes late. No big deal. Not 35 or 20 minutes respectively FOR CARRYOUT.
Glad I didn’t have it delivered.
