When we were eating, we found a live grasshopper in one of the salads! A friend of mine who used to work at Chic-fil-a tells me that this means the lettuce was not washed or agitated, as is proper procedure. Do not eat here. If they skip prep procedures, there is no telling what they’re doing with the raw chicken. I will not be back, and I will not be returning to any Chic-fil-a location.

God i love chick-fil-A!!! this specific location has great service and the food has never been a fail! I love the events this certain restaurant host as well. The painting event last week was a blast and so many people showed! The event was completely free! You just showed up and picked your paint colors and got a canvas and brushes! They even offered stencils for you to copy! It was a great experience and i hope to do something like this again! Also i cant wait to go again and see some of the artwork now being displayed done by other customers! ☺️

Went in there for lunch while working in the area. Service was quick and the cashier was courteous and polite. We waited at our table and the manager brought the food quickly. The restaurant was clean and not too crowded. They assisted all customers in a timely manner. The drive thru was packed but the cars were moving quickly. Located just off N Dupont Hwy.

The person that took my order was very patient with me because I had a big order that was very specific. The food was prepared in a timely manner and was correct. I was pleased that I wasn’t rushed to order even though it was very close to closing and I mean very close. I love the Chic FIL a employees on route 13.

I always go through the drive thru and i have not had any issues with my orders. They are always busy but staff is always friendly and take my order quickly. Ive stopped a couple times at this location will definitely stop again.

we order lunch on the app…we got our salads with a nice surprise! A giant fly was joining us for lunch inside the container. We paid for delivery, we drove chick fil a and all they did was handed us a new one. There was no “I’m sorry” or let me refund you back …nothing! How rude!
