Everything was so delicious. The nuggets and fries, chicken minis and hash browns, chicken sandwiches, wraps, cookies, and ESPECIALLY diet lemonade!! I can’t brag enough about that diet lemonade. You can tell from the first sip that it’s super fresh because there are some pieces of real lemon in it. If that’s not fresh squeezed idk what is! The servers are all so nice and the restaurant and bathrooms are extremely clean. Truly wish I could give it more than five stars. Thank you for an excellent experience, Kristen!! And keep up the good work, staff!

Everytime I go to this one in Cedartown something goes wrong. On multiple occasions they have forgotten my food also gave me the wrong food then when I contacted customer service they offer me free food which I’ve already paid for. I just sat in the drive thru waiting while 4 cars on the other side pull right thru because the girls was having a conversation with someone. This place is awful. I limit my trips here hoping it will get better but apparently it’s getting worse.

I haven’t yet been able to go to this restaurant and received the right order. I do understand that it is new, and everyone is in training mode. The young lady, I believe, was the store manager. She was trying to handle my wrongful order, and it was I believe a couple of training managers pulling her in several directions. Poor thing looked like she was about to pop. High, level stress. I understand you have everyone there with more help than needed, and everything is crazy then all of a sudden, everyone is gone, but I believe she will pull it together. I love ChickFla.

I love Chick-fil-A & eat there quite often, however no service compares to cedartown chick-fil-a. Rex is the absolute best and a genuine sweet heart. He treated us like family. He greeted us as we came in and even checked up on us a few times. He is the best and it made a huge difference in service ! Definitely will be dining-in at this location more frequently!! My boys and I stopped by last week after a long day at Six Flags! We live in Cave Spring so “Chick-A-Lay” as they would call it, was on our way home! We have been waiting for it to open, so we were excited to go! The young girl that took my order was super nice and the drive thru experience was great! It takes us about 15 minutes to get home. Our food was still warm and the ice cream that came with the kids meal did not melt at all. The food was excellent! We will definitely be going back regularly!

Flies all over the restaurant dining area. Staff not cleaning during lunch, so there are nothing but dirty tables and seats to eat at. The food was typical Chick-fil-A, but the location seems to be mismanaged.

First off, this is a brand new establishment In wonderful Cedartown ga. Let me tell you this, they are doing an incredible job! I have been there at 6:30 am I have been there at 9:00 pm and everything in between. Every single time I was provided with an awesome experience. The food was delicious, hot and received in a timely manner. I strongly recommend dining in as well. It’s hard to slow down sometimes in this busy world we live in but it’s good to take the time with the family go in, sit down and enjoy a great meal. All employees are so friendly and courteous. I was asked multiple times if I needed a refill which is a big deal for me. So keep it up chick fil a Cedartown! We are so glad you are here!

As a life long customer of chick-fil-a I was very excited there was one opening in Cedartown. Our first 2 experiences were excellent, then we tried their mobile order and it was one problem after another. Besides waiting on my mobile order as many other cars came ordered and left, items were left out of my order after the long wait. We tried calling the store and it either sends you to a line that constantly rings or to leave a voicemail.This is truly sub-par service and all we wanted was a refund for the items that were left out of our order.
