A Chick-fil-A above the rest. I only go to this location because of #1 quality food. Very happy on fresh crispy deluxe chicken entree ( NOT SOGGY) still has crispies on side of chicken. This specific location goes above and beyond. It’s consistently clean, and watching the employees interact with one another says everything. They treat each other with respect, like a real team—almost like friends—and that positive energy carries straight to the customers.
That level of care, professionalism, and pride is rare these days. It’s exactly why I choose to come here, and why I’ll continue to do so.

I wouldn’t have written this review except this is the second time this has happened. Went through the drive-thru and ordered two bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and one of them had a piece of hair on it. I know it’s definitely not mine as it was a short straight piece of black hair.
Last week there was also a piece of hair on my sandwich.
Pretty grossed out.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this deserved one. I visited this location on Monday and had an outstanding experience with a young man Andrew. I’m not sure what his position is here, but he was incredible. He knew the menu inside and out, and told me nutritional information from memory, and explained exactly how their food items are prepared. His attitude was excellent, and he was extremely friendly and professional, something you don’t always see in teenage food service workers. He was also very well dressed.

I am deeply appalled and greatly disappointed by the unsettling experience I had after consuming several nuggets without initially inspecting their appearance. Upon glancing at my meal, I was disheartened to find that the nuggets were infested with fly eggs; I ordered at the drive thru, began to drive and just throw food in my mouth. This incident has left me in a state of considerable distress and physical discomfort. I feel compelled to emphasize the importance of thoroughly examining one’s food prior to consumption. It has become evident that a degree of caution is essential when partaking in fast food offerings, as the level of attention to detail and adherence to proper food safety protocols appears to be lacking.

We frequent this location and it seems to have the most frequent errors of any CFA location I’ve been to.
Missed items, mixed bags with other people’s names, and allergy contamination from food being tossed between different orders.
Not an issue if you’re dining in, but for drive through and takeout, you should really inspect your order carefully before driving away.
