Second time happening asked for a strawberry cream cheese pie it’s literally on the menu didnt tell me they did not have it was given an apple pie. Disappointed but not surprised. I hope both sides of y’all’s pillows are warm tonight. What if i was allergic to apples and this was my last straw smh.

Just left there. I live all the way in colfax i just assumed by looking at the boxes my food was correct. I ordered 3 breasts, 4 legs, and 3 thighs. My sides were fries and coleslaw and I ordered 2 extra biscuits to go with the 5. I also ordered the freddy cheese bites and 2 strawberry pies. I just assumed because the place was redone I would have better results. When I got home and unboxed I realized the chicken was wrong. I ended up with 5 breasts 4 legs and one wad of something it looked like a fried bone in wing but there was so much crust I couldn’t tell which piece it was. The coleslaw was watery and that great popeyes coleslaw flavor was little to none. I did receive the extra biscuits. They were harder than usual and seemed a to be old. The strawberry pies were good. That was about the best part. I spent 40 dollars and was upset I made it all the way to colfax to learn the order was wrong and what I did get wasnt hot and fresh or correct. The Freddy cheese bites I purchased I couldn’t really tell they were cheese bites. They were fried hard and all of the cheese was exploded out of them. Basically paid for garlic parm bread. Im very disappointed in this popeyes and will not return.

This location has been horrible for years…orders are rarely right, poor customer service, & very rude employees. Always have problems here. There has never been anyone at the registers inside to take orders, kiosks are disgusting, orders are always missing at least 1 thing, dining room is dirty every time I’ve been inside, & the parking lot is dirty. So today we ordered through the drive thru, tried to pay with a BRAND NEW gift card. The guy at the window claimed it was “declined”. I IMMEDIATELY called to get the balance and it STILL has $25 on it. So seems he lied to get bank cards or cash so is he stealing? Then comes the order. We ordered a 5pc spicy combo with ranch, fries & sweet tea, 2 cinnamon apple pies, & 2 strawberry cream cheese pies. We get home and there is no ranch at all, 3 apple pies and 1 strawberry pie. This location needs new management and a lot of work.

The service is wonderful. I was trying to use the Kiosk and having trouble and they saw that so the young man told me to come to the counter and helped me there. He was very nice, patient and efficient. The food was delicious.

Just left from Popeyes and I am HEATED. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and paid at 4:11pm. After waiting at the window we were told to pull around. We waited again as we watched people go in and out so eventually my boyfriend went in with our receipt. After he asked about our food they just stared at him and told him he couldn’t park his car in the front (which they told us to pull around so that’s what we did). So then he came back out and moved the car and went back in. At 4:40 the manager came and gave him our food (which was just sitting in the hot box) we ordered 2 3pc tender meals, one regular and one spicy. Instead they gave us blackened tenders. Again I am very upset and the workers were not helpful at all. So if you’re thinking about going to Popeyes, maybe try the one in Pineville instead!

I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I paid for a 20 pc nugget and was charged for sauces that weren’t even placed in my bag. I was told to pull up as the nuggets would be about 10 minutes. In actuality I had to wait over 20 minutes. When I called, it was evident that they’d forgotten about my order. I get home and find that 2 of the sauces I did receive were busted and to my surprise, fried shrimp was in my box of nuggets. I’m allergic to shrimp so you can imagine how upsetting that was. Needless to say, this store won’t be getting another cent out of my pockets. I reached out to customer service but the situation still hasn’t been resolved and no one has responded to my complaint. Very unsatisfied customer.

I went to the MacArthur location and you know, ordering my food. The gentleman that was taking my order very rude. My order was not done correctly and I didn’t like the tone he was giving and the manager is just sitting up there laughing in the background. I’m very disappointed and this is how you treat your customers.

This location is terrible. Less than 6 months old and their self ordering kiosks never work and with only 1 person taking orders, just being slow would be an improvement.
