We stopped in Redding on our way home because we knew everything would be just the way we like it. Pretzel bun sandwich was tasty, and fruit cup is always perfect. My wife likes grilled nuggets; I don’t get it, but I don’t have to. Service is friendly and prompt.

A week ago I found a long piece of hair in my deluxe meal yes it was in my sandwich. I called they were supposed to replace my full meal and didn’t just gave me a sandwich today on Dec 15th. It was a long piece of hair that just kept coming out of my sandwich which was disgusting. I have short hair and was wearing a knit hat so it wasn’t mine. I let my dog eat the meal because I just couldn’t stomach it even the fries. I live across town so my time was wasted and will never ever eat at Chick-fil-a again.

I have heard great things about Chick-fil-A’s fried chicken sandwich and I finally had a chance to try it on my drive along I-5 since this Chick-fil-A is conveniently located off highway. I wasn’t impressed by the sandwich to say the least, the fried chicken tasted dry and the price isn’t competitive either. Plenty of seats outside.

I called and checked the balance of a gift card before I went to the restaurant. They wouldn’t accept it and the guy taking orders wouldn’t go get a superior. I waited in a line for 20 min for them to tell me they won’t accept a card they already told me had $10.

It was gross! I ordered the chicken strips, and those alone cost $8 for 3 strips. I need to know there were only 4 people in the dining area, I still had to wait 15 minutes to get my food, which by the way was horrible. The chicken strips were dry and tough to chew, my dog didn’t even want them. So no, I won’t be going back.
