Waited 20 min for a GD milkshake in the drive through line as 3 other cars behind me got their food. Asked an attendant who didn’t come back and the nice lady taking orders saw I was waiting and went inside to get it as I was blocking traffic. This was at 2pm when the main drive through line only had 5 cars and 3 in front of me on the other drive through before I was in the front.

The manager in Chick-fil-a Mowry avenue is a jerk. I tried ordering the food at the register and when i asked for a second sauce he asked me to pay extra in a very reckless way. I am not concerned about paying 10cents for that stupid sauce. It’s about the way you speak to the customer and the importance you give them. I had my backbone and told him when i order through the mobile app it lets me select two sauces for free and why do you want to charge me extra at the counter. That dude don’t have an answer. Basically a pretty useless manager that blindly follows what he is fed. I didn’t order with him and ordered in the same app and the same idiot brought my order with two sauces (both for free). It was a slap on his face. I am a loyal customer for chick-fil-a and i am being its customer since several years. Chick-fil-a is extremely careful in several things. But I really didn’t find this appealing and also charging money for sauces sounds like cheating to me. Atleast keep same policies across if you want to make money off sauces

The food is so good here. Don’t forget about the cookies they are amazing. They have a well organized and are all wearing mask and taking precautions. We enjoyed all the sauces our favorites are Polynesian, Chick-fil-A sauce and the barbecue. We also love the salad the avocado dressing is so amazing. Can’t wait to have their special waffle fries as well again.
