We had a wonderful dinner at the Palm Coast Roadhouse tonight! Even though the restaurant was packed, the service was seamless. Our server, Tracy, was absolutely excellent—she handled our table of three with professional ease and a great attitude despite how busy it was. The food was top-notch and arrived perfectly. A huge shout-out to the management team for putting together such a high-caliber staff. We will definitely be back!

Went for a birthday dinner n ordered a medium rare bacon cheese burger with a combo app n snakebites. It was amazing 10/10 n the snakebites was like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The ranch? Best I ever had way better than hooligans. Our server Nolan was the definition of a perfect server! he brought drinks fast n consistent made sure we never ran out of fresh bread n made us feel welcomed. Best steakhouse in Palm coast 10/10 Texas Roadhouse!

I don’t remember the manager on duty rn it’s SUN 8th 2026. Anyways, awesome job, and thank you for the remake on the steak as well as an extra side of a baked potato
As for Tyler, I believe that was the servers name. I get it, sometimes we all have bad days, or maybe it was his first day, I’m not sure, smile please and be a bit more attentive, cause we saw the manager more than you. Especially when an order came out wrong, not once, but twice and the food runner as well as the manager apologized in your behalf. Other than that 10/10 as always

Went to dinner with my husband. Super busy so we decided to sit at the bar Debbie was our bartender. She was great. Attentive .. on it. Made sure we were all good. The manager was Selena. As a business owner I like to scope out people. WELL. Who’s complaining about a burger (which they ate ) and didn’t have lettuce.. people who waited on their food ( I’ll wait if it’s what I want ) which I will add is what they the ordered and they ATE it all and still felt the need to complain. All I have to say is. Debbie and Selena??? God Bless them with wealth, health and happiness!!! They put up with people that I would throw out of my establishment!!!!!!! Go sit at the bar with Debbie. She’s awesome and just enjoy a dinner out with your husband/ family/ friends. Whatever.

We hadn’t been in years because we didn’t enjoy it before. We saw in the reviews that there was a new cook. So we tried again last night. Everyone’s food was awful. My son’s chicken fried steak was chewy and tough. My husband fried steak was overwhelmingly greasy and chewy. My Dallas filet was rare when I asked for medium. They then took it and brought me a well done steak. I said whatever leave it because my whole family had been eating for sometime. The steak had no flavor and was horribly tasting so I didn’t eat it. My roll was good. That’s it. Server was fine until he got upset about us pushing back on the steak. He kept insisting on making me a new one. I said 3 times no thank you. His manager then caught an attitude which my family witnessed. I did not. My daughter’s burger was burnt and she drowned it in sauce. All around horrible food. $150 down the toilet. Do yourself a favor and don’t believe these 5 star ratings.

Tyler was a great to-go server! He kept us updated on how long our food would take and was extremely helpful! Everything in our bag was perfect and bagged neatly even though it was busy! I hope to see him serving the next time I come in!! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Tyler!!

Appetizers were brought to us; no plates and I had my bread on a paper napkin
Chaotic by the check in/ steak area
The hostess lacked personality
She brought us to a table, don’t know her name, if she was the waitress or if someone would come to help us
She just walked off
The hostess was near our table, we asked if she was our waitress. “No, I’m not”
I nearly stood up to leave. My party looked at me
If the waitress hadn’t shown up as this was happening, I most definitely would have excused myself/ us and left
We felt that the hostess was rather abrupt, rude, uncaring, and too tough natured to greet anyone
The food turned out to be rather good
I’ll order the same item again; may use my local restaurant instead of one in Palm Coast
A server brought our food because she had one table at the time. She was adorable and friendly
Btw, some of the waitstaff need to present themselves better or maintain their appearance as their work day progresses

My girls and I went there for the first time. My daughter’s 21st birthday. She ordered chicken strips and side of French fries and green beans. Ran out of french fries, so she got the salad. My other daughter ordered shrimp. I ordered 6 oz sirloin, mashed potatoes with gravey and corn.Birthday girl also ordered fried pickles. Never got the fried pickles. Ran out of mashed potatoes. Ordered a baked potato waitress said they had. They ran out of baked potatoes. But said they got the fries, ordered that. She came back and said they had already ran out of that. Then said there was no senior discount. I paid 70.00 plus for this meal. Really disappointed that I spent all this money and did not get the full meal. Not sure if I will go back. I really felt bad for my daughter. At least they liked their drinks.
PS: Nobody ever contacted me about this, very disappointed. Looks like I will be spreading the word.

The rolls are amazing with the butter omg. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was on this small roll. Couldn’t even find the bottom of the roll it was so small.
They a 15 to 20 min wait and only half the place was being used open tables everywhere just my 2 cents
