Very busy day but employees seemed to handle it well. Upon ordering we were informed that they were out of tomatoes for their sandwiches and so we changed our order. Spicy chicken sandwich was okay, bun was soft but chicken was slightly salty. Waffle fries were slightly underdone and a bit soggy. The Cobb salad was fried chicken, mostly lettuce with a few grapes tomatoes, but some other ingredients were processed not fresh and a bit pricey for the item. Overall it was an okay meal just not special like what I was expecting. Maybe next time??

The food was great. Our server was very nice but forgot to communicate the detail of our table needing straws to the manager, when bringing back the items forgotten on our order. The restaurant was incredibly busy though so I don’t fault them too much the speed was still good. I would go again.

The manager told us its her first day and she is nervous. This young lady working in the dining room provided better service then the severs at Texas Roadhouse or Salsa Brava in town! I try to give her a tip and she advised us she can not accept (some restaurants charge tip and provide bad service). Thank you for your efforts!

First time here at this location. The drive through line was quick even though it was busy . The young man who took the order was courteous. When we drove off after receiving our food both me and my husband both agreed that the young man who handed us the food had such a contagious energy! His energy had so much excitement!! It’s great to feel that from a drive through:) I wish I got his name !

The only chic fil a in arizona that I have been to that refuses to cook a chicken sandwich before 1030am. Cashier called over supervisor who acted like it was ridiculous to ask for their regular chicken sandwich. Literally no other chic fil a I have ever been to has had an issue in the slightest with making it. I will not be returning to this location. Supervisor was rude. Disappointed after this experience. Why pay above average price for piss pour attitude? Not again. Not at this location.

Half filled fries, 10 nuggets in the twelve count. Can hear the kitchen goofing off and shouting cuss words. I worked for Chick-fil-A for 2 years as my first job back home in Carolina and was proud of it has it taught me a lot about how to be a good employee. Apparently that pride is not shared at all locations.
