I recently for the first time decided to try Chick-fil-A for breakfast. Not knowing that they even had a breakfast until today. It’s certainly wasn’t what I expected. And I’ll have to go back and try again, but after getting a number six and a number seven sausage, egg and cheese, muffin, and a bacon egg and cheese muffin meal, I was surprisingly disappointed.
Next time, I’ll try the chicken Minis and see if that’s better. The good thing is or the best part was talking to Olivia, The manager that helped me. I was so happy with her looking into my issues and my concerns. She listened and kept me happy. I’ll definitely be going back. And Olivia, if you read this, thank you so much. You were a pleasure to talk to.

Weird writing a negative review and sounding like a crab. The workers were extremely nice and the restaurant was clean and wonderful. However, we all know Chick-fil-A is expensive but it comes with a higher reliability.
We got the bacon club grilled chicken deluxe sandwiches and they both came cold. Cheese cold. 1 piece of bacon that was torn in half to make two small pieces of bacon.
Paid extra for large fries and they couldn’t even fill the fry containers to the top. Like the serving size comes out of their paycheck or something.
It seems too uncouth anymore to complain so we just ate it and made a mental note for next time. We just expected more when paying $62 for 4 people to eat at a fast food place.
Probably go to Chili’s next time we are in town. or Applebees.

I take the family to chick fil as about once a week. This was the worst ive ever experienced. Chickfila is known for service but this was the exception. Waited over 20 min in the drive through bc they were “cooking nuggets” ordered at 735 pm and the guy gave it to our car at 757 pm. No apologies. Plus the fries and presumably fresh cooked nuggets were cold.

10-13-25 At approximately 1:55 pm I came to pickup a mobile order. There were literally shoeless children running around and horse playing in the pickup order zone with a grip mat sitting out just beside the counter while employees were trying to run food. One kid pulled another to the ground and landed flat on his back most notably.
Not sure if it was a director’s kid and friends or what, but seriously? That’s embarrassing, not to mention dangerous and a massive liability for the restaurant and other patrons. Obviously the employees there aren’t given any ability to handle that situation.
It’s a restaurant – not a playground. Massive safety oversight and just a shameful lack of parenting and accountability from those who run the place allowing that to happen.
I’ll happily complain to someone higher if need be. I just wanted to get out of there so I didn’t witness a kid hurting themselves.
Do better, CFA on Milton. Yall have been fine otherwise before today.

Excellent place! Felt welcome every step of the way. Lee and Mary-Helen provided superlative service and helped me out with my kids even though we were out of town. Bless them and this restaurant!

Very busy day but employees seemed to handle it well. Upon ordering we were informed that they were out of tomatoes for their sandwiches and so we changed our order. Spicy chicken sandwich was okay, bun was soft but chicken was slightly salty. Waffle fries were slightly underdone and a bit soggy. The Cobb salad was fried chicken, mostly lettuce with a few grapes tomatoes, but some other ingredients were processed not fresh and a bit pricey for the item. Overall it was an okay meal just not special like what I was expecting. Maybe next time??

I’m on a girls trip here and we wanted some breakfast we ordered ahead and paid for it on the app. We get to the place and they tell us they stopped serving breakfast and they can just refund us our money. On where on the app does it say that you have to get there before breakfast is up! We just wanted some breakfast because we don’t have one where we live at! Very sad

Generally Chick-fil-A staff are top notch and always deliver exactly what you’ve ordered. This location seems to struggle a bit, multiple times myself or my partner have received incorrect orders. This has varied between incorrect food orders (missing food) or incorrect condiments. I’ll most likely use the other Flagstaff location in the future.
Most recently I was provided the wrong condiments for my chicken and sure, it’s not that big of a deal but let me just say… tasting a mustard based sauce rather than the requested honey BBQ was a bit jolting.
I’m leaving this review in hopes this location will tighten up their service because it’s a bummer.
