While this is not my favorite fast food restaurant in the world, the quality is always good. Very consistent delivery. This particular location has some of the best customer service in the industry. The dining area is always spotless. The workers are busy and super-attentive. This is a friendly crew. My meal last night was delicious and reasonably priced. I’ve been through their drive-through many times with my family. They are quick!

It’s actually sort of weird to leave a bad Chik Fil A review because I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue anywhere. Let’s start with the most chaotic parking lot I’ve maybe ever seen. We had a curbside order and, could not park in a curbside spot because people kept parking in them and just going in to sit and eat. So my wife went in to get our food and it took 20 minutes…for an order we placed 20 minutes prior. She was snapped at by the woman she talked to and told that they had many orders ahead of ours. Which is weird considering…we ordered ahead. She had to ask again for our food after seeing people walk in and out with their food. I honestly don’t think we have ever had any employee throw attitude at a Chik Fil A. My food was fine, her bowl had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp. We will never go back here which sucks, we just moved here from out of state and this location was convenient. And for anyone wondering, not a single thing was done, offered or said to even attempt to own the situation.

Every other location is extremely fast and efficient but every single time I’ve had to come to this one the wait is 30+ minutes. None of the employees ever jump in to try to speed things up. Even if there is only 5 or 6 people in front of me it still takes 30 minutes. I really don’t understand the discrepancy between locations.

I found out that I have an intolerance to gluten, so I saw that Chick-fil-A had gluten free options; although not many. I went with the grilled chicken nuggets. I told the staff I was allergic to gluten and they took a few minutes extra to make my meal. The staff was very happy and friendly and that was great to see.

Wife’s Spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. Grilled chicken club was very disappointing. There was no value in this sandwich at $8.50 (2023). I think a McDonalds Kids meal burger had more sustenance than this sandwich. The flavor was just “okay.” Probably won’t be going back.
