In December 2025, we visited Chick-fil-A in the Orem Plaza in Orem, Utah. As they are only seasonal Christmas items, We ordered 2 peppermint milk shakes and they were delicious. Chick-fil-A has legendary food quality, and their stores are usually busy with happy and satisfied customers. We enjoy eating at Chick-fil-A and we consider ourselves among their legions of happy and satisfied customers.

I absolutely loved my experience at Chick-fil-A. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for every time you go, but it still managed to exceed my expectations. Everything came out quickly, was perfectly prepared, and tasted amazing. It’s one of those places where you can tell they really care about quality and consistency.
What impressed me the most was how good their gluten-free options were. It’s not always easy to find places that offer solid gluten-free choices without sacrificing taste, but Chick-fil-A really delivered. Having clearly labeled options and substitutions made ordering stress-free, and the food was just as delicious as the regular menu items.
On top of the great food, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, Chick-fil-A nailed it—from taste to service to gluten-free options—and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Fries have sucked lately:
There has been an issue the last few times I have been to this location where the quality of the fries has been just awful.
I have like two maybe three good fries in an entire container. The rest are the gross potato ends, poorly cut (not cut all the way through), often times have mold spots, and the rest of the container is basically just crumbs.
I would give a pass if this happened once or twice. But it’s been the last like four or five times I have come to this location, and I come here at least once a week.
It’s very disappointing when the fries are most of the reason I enjoy this restaurant more than alternatives.

I didn’t truly appreciate the amazingness of the Orem Plaza Chick-fil-A team until I went to a different location and had a less than impressive experience. This team is like a freaking well oiled machine. They are crazy fast. My family and I have eaten there more times than I’d like to admit and I’ve never had a mess up on my order. The team member are always friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Well done you guys, well done.

Good, fairly inexpensive place to take my kids. Their waffle fries and chik fil a sauce are amazing and it is what gets us coming back over and over! Also, their drive through is so fast and the app is very easy to use. My kids love their mac and cheese too.
