We got to meet Jamie Harris when we were going through the drive through. What a genuinely wonderful person. It was so nice to thank him for all the free stuff he sends us through the Chick-fil-A mobile app. Ava took our order and was so sweet and helpful. I stopped by this Chick-fil-A today to get lunch. There was at least 20 plus people at the front counter doing absolutely nothing but playing around with each other. I know that Chick-fil-A is usually fast in getting orders out, but after 10 minutes I went to go get my order because it was taking too long. While I was waiting, at least 14 people passed by me without even acknowledging me. No exaggeration. However, when the door dash drivers did come to get their order while I was waiting for my order they were helped right away. I am not a light skin Latino at all, nor do I look Latino. The doordash drivers were of Latino descent. There were other Latino descent diners who were assisted right away too. Finally, I asked about my order and it had been sitting there for minutes getting cold. I told the lady that assisted me that nobody would assist me at all and just kept passing me by. My thing is that I guess because I do not favor, nor look like Latino, then they just decide to pass me by like I did not order anything. This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience ever no matter what city I am in! I guess skin color does matter when it comes to this particular location at South Park Meadows so they passed me with that any acknowledgment but they work with their help the ones that way like they were Latino! I guess my non-Latino dollars Don’t matter at all!

My gift card wasn’t working my original cashier was nice about it, the blue shirt guy not the best bedside manner. My boss at my state agency bought the GC it wasn’t like it was “janky” but that is how he made me feel. I’ll save my money and go to the gaudelupe one by work and not by my house bc the sad difference in treatment. Peace and chicken y’all.

The front staff were being very greedy when we asked for extra sauces. I would have paid extra for them, no problem. My daughter and I were sitting next to two kitchen staff members that were on their lunch breaks. When I went to the front counter to get a refill for my daughter’s drink, I noticed that one of the employees reached over to where our table was and closed our blinds. Completely rude, unacceptable behavior, and an invasion of our privacy. This is not how employees who are representing this business treat customers. I don’t plan on coming back until the staff gets proper training on how to treat their customers right.

That’s one of my favourite branches in Austin Texas, it’s closer to the shopping centre of the Southpark Meadows. It has fantastic Customer Service and the drive-through is so nice and smooth. Take your order fresh crisp and nice as vanilla coffee with Chick-fil-A sandwich with the menu was full of items delicious items.

I went there for take out my food I have order many drinks and food and i asked them ti give me extra bag but they refused to give me the extra bag. Last time all the drinks was spoiled into my car so I asked them but they refused to give me there were two girls one in grey dress and another in red. Time around 9:30-10:30 I frequently used to go atleast 3-4 times in a week to eat there drive thru or take out but from now will never go there and also won’t recommend to any of my friends or family. Who do you expect me taking 4-5 pack of food plus 5-6 drink at a same time.

Quick service & tasty food! The lunch line outside was really long so I went inside to eat & within a few minutes after ordering my food was brought to me. Way quicker than waiting in your car in line for 15 minutes. Inside was clean with no issues other than noisy kids, but that was to be expected. I got the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich (can recommend!) as well as the chicken wrap (was dry & not super flavorful). Overall I think this is a good location & I plan to come back in the future.

Quality & Delivery times have severely suffered once Chic-fil-a decided to exclusively use DoorDash to deliver orders. Our delivery took over an hour and we live in the neighborhood. Sandwiches were cold, fries were hard. Just not good and not expected from Chic-fil-A. Very disappointing.

I came here a few times, each time using the drive through. It’s a highly organized Chick-fil-A. Even though there always a large line, regardless of the time, the employees are fast and efficient. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The food was always fresh and tasted great, which isn’t always the case with other Chick-fil-A restaurants, like the one downtown. Although I try to avoid fast food for health reasons, this is definitely one of the better options if you’re looking for something quick and tasty. Highly recommend this location
