Better Customer Service Than Any Other Restaurant!
Our birthday boy requested Chick Fil A for lunch. We showed up with our 5 kids plus 3 friends at probably the busiest time of day. Not only was it our son’s birthday this particular day but we also have 2 other children with birthdays this same month AND a friend that was with us had her birthday the day prior. They gave each birthday kid a hat, gift cards and even sang to them! They were very accommodating to any and all needs we had. They even gave us wet wipes for my daughter when she spilled sauce all over herself. They went above and beyond in making sure it was the best birthday lunch even at such a busy time of day. Amazing staff not only when we go on regular days but this particular Saturday as well. Thank you!

This location in particular is very bad about incorrect orders. I’ve never experienced the amount of wrong orders at any other location, especially for how often we’ve gone here. It seems to have gotten worse in the last few months, where now around 1/3 of our orders have something incorrect or missing.
The food quality also varies. Usually it’s good, like you would expect, but more recently it’s more common for us to get under-breaded chicken, undercooked fries, and lackluster meals generally.
Definitely feels like the standards (which Chick-Fil-A is known for) are slipping at this location.

The jalapeno ranch club was made terribly. No cheese. 2 tiny jalapeños. One was mostly the top stem. I just threw that away. Wasn’t even that busy. Their cooks are getting worse with every visit.

Ordered food for my office. It’s only a handful of people, but still I put in my order several hours in advance. Went to pick up the order and they hadn’t even started. Two drinks were wrong, one of the salads was the wrong type, and they provided zero salad dressing. I know that it could have been corrected if I was in person and could ask, but for a takeout order, I wasn’t going to drive back to get the food corrected in the middle of a workday. The quality is fine but spoiled by everything else that happened

My husband and I have no doubt that the sandwiches are wonderful at this place. The service of the young people who take the order is very good, however, we have complaints about the people who prepare the food and put it in the bags when you bring it with you. This time, they didn’t provide straws, and that happens quite frequently. I think they need to improve that aspect. We know that this job can be very stressful and requires you to pay attention to everything, but we think the service could improve if they at least had constant reminders to remember to put everything the customer needs in the paper bags to fully enjoy their order. Otherwise, the place is nice and the food is very good.

Great Chic-fil-a experience! We got a 8 count nugget meal and a classic sandwich meal. And a ton of chic fil a sauce of course. Sandwich was fresh and crispy and the fries were crispy and packed full in the container. We’ve been here a few times as it’s the closest location to our house and it’s always been a good experience and a clean location.

Normally this place is amazing, my girlfriend and I come at least once a week for dinner sometimes more. We’ve never had any issues before, our food is amazing, everyone is always super friendly and we get our food quick.
But for some reason today march 2nd we went to get dinner tonight and the gentleman who was taking the drive through orders was insanely rude. We pulled up and I greeted the guy asking him how he was and he didn’t respond. Which was kinda weird, but then he didn’t continue with anything, didn’t greet us or ask what we wanted. At first I thought he was waiting on something but after probably a minute of just sitting there he goes “are you going to order” in a super rude way and I responded with “oh I’m sorry I didn’t know” which then he responded with “oh yeah right like I’m just sitting out here in the rain for nothing.”
That really caught both me and my girlfriend off guard, it didn’t even get better over time, I asked for no pickles on my sandwich twice because I really despise pickles but he proceeded to put extra pickles on my sandwich so I couldn’t eat it, my dog got a nice treat though.
We told the lady at the window giving out our order and she apologized but that was it. Usually this store is seriously a 12/10 experience I seriously do recommend eating here but I felt it was right to let someone know.

recently visited Saratoga Springs Chick-fil-A and had an good experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was decent. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options available.
As for the food, it was delicious. The chicken sandwiches were juicy and flavorful, and the waffle fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. I also appreciated the variety of dipping sauces available, which added an extra layer of flavor to my meal.
Sadly my review is at 3 stars because lots was forgotten. They forgot the juice for the kids meal, they then forgot sauces, they then forgot dressings for the salad and then forgot toppings for the salad.

After waiting forever somewhere else, I came here and had my food in less than 5 minutes. It was unfortunately not what I had ordered, but it was still good. I guess the person taking my order misheard what I had said. The club was a little more expensive than the regular grilled chicken I had wanted but I didn’t care because it was good and fast.
We came another day and entered the restaurant to dine in. Unfortunately they made some errors with our order again. We eventually got the lemonade we had ordered and my wife was fine getting the spicy chicken instead of the regular, but the accuracy could definitely be improved. The food was good as usual and the staff are always friendly and polite. We will come back to eat here – and definitely check what we receive.
One additional thing is that this restaurant does not feature a playground, which is a disappointment because we have young kids and that is a very nice gesture when we eat out with them.
