I had heard about the delicious BBQ Ribs here months ago from a few people and had to try them and my Hostess Pam was Super Friendly and Helpful; She recommended the BBQ Ribs as well. They were the BEST BBQ Ribs I’ve tasted in Huron County. No wonder they call the Restaurant / Bar – Huron County BBQ! The Ribs were absolutely AMAZING! I also had a side of Smashed Potatoes and a side of Potato Salad both of which were equally heavenly and a Coke! I will definitely be coming back here, I didn’t realize they had the BEST BBQ Ribs in Huron County, Michigan but now I know and I also know why everyone had been recommending that I come here! Great Service, Great Atmosphere, A TV with a Sports Channel to enjoy, Friendly people playing Darts, Clean available Bathrooms, easy to find parking and Free Parking as well. Just a Super First Impression and Super Experience! Thank you!

Great place! Kelly was at the bar and had great recommendations. I had the Kave man. Yum. ( ask about the back story) The brisket was great, the pineapple teriyaki sausage was fantastic and the sides were tasty as well. They have several offerings on tap from Hudson county brewing. The red ale was amazing! I’ll be back next time I get through town! Well done Kave and Delly!

If you happen to be in pigeon, definitely stop by and grab a bite to eat here. The smoked brisket is awesome. Mom had the pulled pork and dad had the smoked chicken .

I stopped in for lunch with six others and we enjoyed the food. Our group had the meatloaf, 1/2 chicken and burgers. Everyone enjoyed the food. Service was great, one of the owners came out to make sure we were happy with the food and had every we needed. I highly suggest giving Huron Co BBQ a try.

The food here is very good as well as the service! They did an awesome job remodeling the inside and the whole place seems to give off that cozy/comfy vibe, it’s nice I honestly feel like everything is priced well, and if you ask me, I don’t mind paying more when I know I’m getting a good meal. Food was not as advertised, missing some of the toppings that were shown even in the pictures and described on their page.
Ordered Chili cheese waffles fries with queso pulled pork sour cream and jalapeños. No sour cream or jalapeños. Part og why I chose it was for those.
As well as overcooked chicken wings I did not even order, it was supposed to be chicken bites. I really did not want to pick apart or eat my chicken off the bone tonight but oh well I guess….
I do not know why, but it seems like most places in this county can NEVER get JUST MY FOOD correct. Never anyone else in my home or order, just mine.
Hope yall stop false advertising or forgetting ingredients for one… but as well as listening correctly and ordering what the customer asked for correctly.
Yes, I guess I should’ve checked more throughly on receipt, but I figured chicken bites was just another name for boneless wings?? So when I heard wings I didnt even bat an eye, but I know I said bites. If you didnt have them then day that.
Not bad food really, just need to step up the order process issues. Good people as well.
Won’t be ordering from here anytime soon now though.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I love bbq and so many places just can’t get brisket right, it’s either too dry or too chewy. Huron Co BBQ is the exception, they have the best brisket I’ve had in years. It melts in your mouth is perfectly tender and cooked to perfection! Their pulled pork was also absolutely delicious. We also loved their homemade potato salad, waffle fries, and Mexican street corn. Huron Co BBQ makes everything from scratch, their sauces are wonderful especially their honey mustard, ranch and homemade bbq sauce. Their mozzarella sticks were huge and had the perfect ratio of cheese to breading/were stuffed with mozzarella. We will be back as soon as we can because everything here was bbq perfection. The owner and waitress were so accommodating for our family of 5 with little ones too. The atmosphere is very family friendly. We love this place and everyone should give it a try! Our favorite restaurants in the thumb have always been bird creek and The Farm – places where you can taste how fresh the food is and Huron Co BBQ is now added to that list. Don’t miss out on this gem of a restaurant with exceptional BBQ!

The smoked meatloaf is wonderful. I had it in the sandwich for on Texas Toast that was toasted perfectly and still soft inside. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside. The trail beans had a good flavor that complimented my entree. We also had the chips and salsa with the smoked queso which was also very good. The smoked queso was also a good dip for some of my waffle fries

The wife and I took a road trip today over and around the thumb. We drove through Pigeon and came across this place. The smell of smoked meat was all we needed. Definitely not what you would expect in a small town. Nice atmosphere. Pam our server was super friendly, a very nice lady. The food was exceptional. We had the smash burger and pulled pork with onion rings. We will definitely make a trip back to try the ribs. If you’re looking for exceptional service and fantastic food in a quiet little town. Check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!!
