Chick-fil-a was amazing! Every time I go I usually get the chicken tenders and I have yet to ever be disappointed ever. I had a great time with the bois and it was very open at the time we went. We enjoyed going and all the workers were very nice and happy to help. Will recommend for anyone in the area and especially if you want some awesome lemonade.

Chic fil a has good food and good service. We came in the afternoon, just after lunch and there was no line at the time. There was however about four eager employees ready to take someones order, which is amazing when the line gets long and it gets really crowded. With no one in front of me I was immediately greeted by someone wanting to take my order before I even reached the menu. That was a bit annoying as I had a couple of people in the car as well and wanted to see the menu. (I know I could have looked at the menu online or in the app, but like I said there was no one in front of me). It would have made more sense if the person taking my order was after the menu not before.

We orderd a meal for 5 people and it was ready to eat by the time we sat down. It was cooked to perfection. My kids who are verry picky ate everything and wanted more. I highly reccomend eating here. Verry clean fast and delicious

Waited 25 minutes for drinks. I think they forgot about us in the pull forward parking. Never waited this long for anything at chick-fil-A before at 7 other locations. Mac and cheese had a hair, not one of ours, and after getting our drinks two had no flavor. Seemed like to many people for the amount of workers. This was an issue from the top. We always try a place twice we will see how it goes next time.

Went here opening day. Hit the drive thru which is two lanes all the way through. The kid that took our order did a great job, the line went quick (maybe 20 minutes) our order for 6 people was completely correct, even with our modifications. The food was tasty and prepared as desired, we will definitely be back!

Chick-fil-A hits a home run in Saratoga Springs. This place is clean with plenty of space. The customer service is on par with every other Chick-fil-A around. The drive through is completely covered to protect from the weather.

This is such a great chick fil a!! Fast service and good food. Joshua took our order and he was so nice, helpful and funny. They also gave us a free milkshake as we left. Whether that was due to a mistake in making one too many we don’t know but they were all so kind.

We’ve been a few times at this location, and as always the food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. Had a stand out experience with customer service yesterday. We had ordered a peach shake and some ice cream as part of our order, and that came out first with drinks. One of my daughters asked for the cherry on top of my shake and I gave it to her. As they brought out the rest of the order, my other daughter was asking if she could have a cherry, and I told her I’d already given it to her sister. The worker overheard, and went and got another cherry so my other daughter could have one, too.
