The quickest chick fil a i’ve ever been to. All the staff are super caring and well trained, my food is always correct and delicious and not to mention it literally always takes max like 4 minutes to get my food and be on my way in drive through even during rush!

Food is good as any other chick fil a. The service could be better. We were a big group of 11 kids and the lady managing the orders could not handle it. She would not give the meals in individual bags to make it easy to hand out and missed a few things. Had to order twice more to get it done. Next time I will give 11 separate orders with separate billing so they can manage this simple task.

Least favorite job any of my three teenagers have had. Repeatedly scheduled my son and then told him he wasn’t needed after arriving at work (sometimes when he had walked 30 min to get there). Once he was scheduled for a 5:00 shift. They called at 3:45 asking him to come in at 4:00. When he said he’d try to get there as soon as he could, (about 10 min after 4), he was penalized (docking break food $) for “being late”. The manager’s only response was that he had accepted the shift in the computer.

I really appreciate the sincerity of the staff here, they are always kind and willing to help out. Management is a major plus and I rarely have an issue with my order being incorrect. If there ever is an issue, they have always been willing to help. If you want Chick FIL a this one is a great one to visit.

Seriously the ‘worst’ location around. Every single time I come here they forget something. The last 3 times they don’t give me a straw, which is needed for me since I’m on the road a lot. And they seem to always forget sauces… even though it’s on my receipt. My fault for not checking, I guess.

The store is awesome, but I was disappointed with the Cobb Salad this time. Too much cabbage. I never noticed it before, so I looked it up and it does list cabbage as an ingredient, but it also indicated that the lettuce mix has been changed. I though it tasted much too bland and cardboard like, and I like cabbage as a rule. I just didn’t care for this version of the Cobb Salad. I won’t be tempted to get it again 🙁

Terrible service. I just ordered a pickup order online, when I got there the app said my order was done and to head up to the pick up counter, I did so. 2 female workers and a random guy (he wasn’t in chick fil a attire so I’m assuming he didn’t work there, seemed to be one of their boyfriend or husbands?) were standing directly in front of me right by the pick up counter just chatting, they were so deep in their personal conversation that I don’t think they realized I was there and had been standing there for quite some time. I finally asked the girl at the register if she could get me my food (she was super nice and helpful, she was not a part of the conversation that the other two girls were having, she was actually doing her job helping customers and working). She then had to interrupt their conversation, and called for one of those girls to help me. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and rude. To make matters worse the store was not busy at all so there was no reason for me not to get help right away.
