I placed an online order at 10:20. I checked in at 10:28 with a employee right before they stopped serving breakfast. I sat for 20 min while 3 different people came and checked up on me. I then was told that they weren’t serving breakfast. The manager Alex was very poor in customer service and in understanding. I was very nice up until that point and told Alex that I just wanted the burrito refunded since they couldn’t make that. Alex wasn’t paying attention to what I said and refunded me completely and thought I said I wanted a full refund cause she wasn’t listening. I sat for another 5 min and said are you getting my food and she replied with,” I just refunded you completely. I finally received my food and just cannot believe this interaction I had with a chick fil a. I would stick to the drive through on this location people. Very dissatisfied with this level of service.

I’m rating neutral on atmosphere because I rarely ever go inside the location. Everything else, however, gets near perfect marks. Despite what can only be described as an insane volume of customers, the staff handles a very high volume lunch rush with a friendly and efficient demeanor. I’m certain the drive-through line looks intensely intimidating to the unaware, but despite having a line that looks like it could keep you for over 40 minutes, it usually holds you up for no longer than 10-15. Trust me when I say if you’re strapped for time, then this is a good place to grab lunch. It’s fast, the service is top notch, and the food is consistent and comes as ordered.

There’s nothing that needs to be said because Chick-Fil-A be on a different level. First you have the delicious chicken deluxe combo with their famous fries and sauce. Pair that with your choice of drink, mine is the half lemonade half sweet tea, and you have yourself a quick, fresh, delicious and affordable meal!

Always a five star experience. The employee working the drive thru was awesome. He found out I had just graduated and thanked me and was funny! So kuddos to him. Not sure his name but we went through the drive thru on 6/3 around 1 ish.

The service is always good at this location. As a vegetarian there are not many options for me but they used to have a sandwich that replaced chicken with cauliflower which was delicious. Last time I went, they said it was discontinued which was disappointing.

My boss had orderd a small tray of nuggets for a school function. I noticed it wasn’t enough so I ordered a medium size tray for the school and they were able to quickly get that order for me. They threw in serving spoons, plates, and napkins for the school. I really appreciated their promptness and they were very kind and understanding.
