This is the most unprofessional human being ive ever seen. Making fun of customers. Telling employees to give a certain customer bad food. Complaining about EVERYTHING. it took 20 minutes to get a sandwich and it was cold because it was sitting on the counter forever. I feel so bad for the employees here being harassed by this man child

Hands down one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve ever had. Matt absolutely crushed it today. From the second I walked up, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in how my day was going even talked a bit about snowboarding. He also not only took my order, he made the entire interaction feel personal and positive. His energy, professionalism, and upbeat attitude were outstanding, and he made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. You can truly tell Matt cares about customer service and takes pride in what he does. Employees like him are exactly why Chick-fil-A stands out. He absolutely deserves recognition.

Pleasantly surprised at the high quality service I revieved here. I came here 01/08 at 2pm and I was served immediately. Christy the cashier was very friendly, enthusiastic and happy to help me. I recieved my order within 5 minutes of ordering and everything seemed fresh and hot. Later on a young gentleman came up to my table to refill my Coke, take my trash and asked if he could be of service (I don’t remember his name…). Good food, great service, and I definitely will be back. I felt loved and taken care of.

I didn’t go in, so I cannot rate the atmosphere, but the servers there are always cheerful, and that makes the service excellent. They do a great job of making the lines move quickly and efficiently. Since Chick-fil-A is God’s chicken, the food is SPECTACULAR; I have never been disappointed!

Christi is a shining star, she really out here with the biggest smile making our food with that tv commercial kind of energy lmao. I came in to grab some food for me and my family. I picked up my food through drive thru. My order number is 8397316. When I got home we started to unpack the food and found that we were missing one of the 5 deluxe sandwiches, our fries were not even filled to the top they were nearly half way full. We had paid to get a large size to only get a small is really disappointing! And make it worse when my dad eating his sandwich a HAIR was in the sandwich! This was really disgusting we all lost our appetite and do not wish to come back for any meals here. This is really sad because we always enjoyed eating with you guys and supporting a Christian company. I rate this an experience of 1/10 the team members weren’t even friendly and never said my pleasure. We also called the store and the member that spoke with us was really rude and non-professional. All we wanted was to get the missing sandwich and address the hair situation but he was not helpful at all.

Can’t go wrong with Chic Fila. Where it lacks on presentation, the taste is outstanding. Chicken is juicy and crispy. Bun is moist and soft. Waffle fries are crispy and have a solid crunch with every bite.
