When I called about the obvious lipstick on my tea was pretty much told I was wrong…I did not want anything was just making the management aware that this was handed to me in the drive thru. For some reason this particular location made ALL the parking for curbside pick up. I understand that we’re in the “Get everything delivered” Era, but there’re still some of us that like to dine in. We received a promotional deal from a ChikFilA to get some free food, but realized from the cashier’s confusion at _this_ location that the promotion must only have been for a _different_ location. Nevertheless, she politely got her manager, and they honored the other location’s promotion without even mentioning it. So helpful, and made a pleasant evening out of what could have been a disappointing one. And the food, as always, was great.

Not once but twice has this location left food out of the order. Today it was 2 sandwiches. You call and no one ever answers and the voice-mail box is full. Really disappointed with my experience today in drive thru around 1:30. The guy standing outside of window and girl on the other side were laughing and talking and didn’t acknowledge me at all for a few min. The same thing happened with the car in front of me…. Not to mention it held up the line. When I got my order, fries were cold and they gave me the wrong drink.
