That’s one of my favourite branches in Austin Texas, it’s closer to the shopping centre of the Southpark Meadows. It has fantastic Customer Service and the drive-through is so nice and smooth. Take your order fresh crisp and nice as vanilla coffee with Chick-fil-A sandwich with the menu was full of items delicious items.

The drive thru toke super long and Bobby was taking my order and he was taking to long and double charge me because he’s stupid and he wasn’t laughing at our jokes at all.They even dropped are drinks. Waited in line for 30 minutes for the two fries I ordered. Only received one fry and looped around to request the item i didn’t receive. Worker told me she “flagged” my order and told me to go ahead and move up. 7 cars behind me got their orders before I got the food i ordered. I had to flag down an employee and let them know what was going on when I was told my missing item had been put in the system. I’ve been coming to this seriously started to go downhill. I shouldn’t have to wait in a line for an hour to get two orders of fries.

Pretty standard Chik-Fil-A! The drive thru line was long but it went pretty fast and in most cases they bring the food to your car so you can get out of the line. I got the nuggets meal but next time I need a healthy salad! 🙂 the Polynesian sauce and BBQ are my favorite dipping sauces.

Disgusting tables not one clean in the entire place. No playscape for the kids “ they are tearing it down” not a great idea considering that’s a huge reason why families with children visit and overcooked fries. I will not be returning to this location. To top it off my son was given an opened toy in his meal. Thankfully they still have him ice cream after showing proof that’s how it was given to us

Quick service & tasty food! The lunch line outside was really long so I went inside to eat & within a few minutes after ordering my food was brought to me. Way quicker than waiting in your car in line for 15 minutes. Inside was clean with no issues other than noisy kids, but that was to be expected. I got the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich (can recommend!) as well as the chicken wrap (was dry & not super flavorful). Overall I think this is a good location & I plan to come back in the future.
