The quality and quantity of the chicken is degrading badly and quickly. I was very excited the dinning room is finally open and decided to dine in. The spicy sandwich isn’t “spicy” anymore and the chicken is very petite. I ordered a spicy sandwich meal and all they did was put a flat and skinny over cooked (twice reheated) patty with scorched batter inside hard and stale buns that are hard to chew. I am very displeased that Chick-fil-A in general (this location especially) is gauging their customers. I’ll come back and give this location/franchise another opportunity but it will be a while. Oh well at least the fries were fresh (only thing that was fresh). Lemonade was mediocre.

At first the people up front were very helpful and a delight. Then it took a twist when the manager Isabella came out to help me. I was missing my straw and she came out and told me nothing was wrong and that I was crazy at that my straw was in the bag and did NOT tell me my pleasure after FINALLY getting my straw after asking for it NUMEROUS times. Would NOT recommend eating here.

Usually get good service here not this time. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and was given everything EXEPT the actual chicken.. unfortunately I did not check my food before leaving as the employee at the Drive thru were rushing me out. Had to come back to the restaurant to get a refund. Such a waste of time!

Never going to this Chick-fil-A again… I go here every time I visit BofA since January and every single time they forget something in my order… Every time I order a kids meal they forget the ice cream. Then today we made sure they got the ice cream before leaving but they didnt give me my fries with my meal… I love Chick-fil-A so I’m sad to leave this review but I’m done…dont go here unless you’re willing to babysit your order and have time to do that.

Always appreciative of people who go the extra mile. We stopped at Chik-Fil-A at a tough moment when our daughter was in crisis. Young asst manager talked to her with great kindness and reassurance. The way you treat people with special needs says a lot about your culture. So grateful for the help on that day at this busy Chik-Fil-A.
