Aww Chick-fil-a ( in Wichita Falls), I am disappointed you have never done me like this! I asked for a hash brown scrambled egg bowl with spicy chicken. Your exact response was “ let me go check on that for you”. You came back and took my order word for word and never mentioned you don’t do spicy chicken at that location AND you still charged me for it not cool!! Still a fan but DO BETTER!!

Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, absolutely the best chicken sandwiches in the world like omg so yummy. I could easily eat chick fil a every single day. There chick fil a sauce is so scrumptious and just everything on the menu is absolutely yummy. The prices are good and the staff are just so lovely and friendly.

Showed up during the lunch rush, they expertly handled double bumper to bumper drive thrus and all the indoor orders too. I was impressed that the cashier went and filled my milkshakes personally since the crunch was on everyone else. What a cool crew!

Normally my experience with CFA is amazing, with customer service being one of the best aspects about the restaurant. Today, my wife and I went through the drive through at this location where the person taking our order not only reeked of weed, but was unable to complete our order for at least 10 minutes, and it was still wrong. It was an extremely awkward and unpleasant experience, which is highly unusual for this company. As someone who has family members who work in Chick-fil-A corporate, I am aware of how strict the drug testing rules are and I wonder if this restaurant is following those standards. Very concerning considering the morals and values Chick-fil-A strives to uphold. Will be back, but not to this location.

I have had 3 interviews here over the years and never get hired. They enjoy wasting people’s time. This time I had an interview scheduled here and I got an email saying I wasn’t selected for the call field location? What? That’s not the one I even applied for. I’m so irritated. Stop wasting everyone’s time and get it together. Don’t bother scheduling an interview for someone just to turn around and not even be able to have an interview.

Not too busy with the double drive thru lines. I went through twice since I wanted more tea but didn’t want to hold up the line. Super friendly. Pretty quick service with a smile.

It was extremely busy and crowded. However, the food was delicious. Accidentally, they brought out the wrong order to our table. The employee sat it down, turned and hurried off. I tried to get his attention but he was already too far gone to hear me. I took the tray back up to the counter. They took the order back but the employee didn’t say anything but , “oh” , turned and walked to the food area, confused, maybe? … Not even saying sorry.

Service sucked, I’ve heard a lot of great things about this place but was so disappointed. We had to ask 3 times for sauce, napkins, and the correct drink just from them to still not be able to do it. Food was okay but not worth the wait or the service.
