We love Chick-fil-A but they didn’t do us justice tonight. We got the bottom of the scrapping of the mac n cheese. I know, just a little overcooked cheese but come on. It isn’t very appealing and not everyone likes it.

Stop by yesterday for a quick lunch. Even though everybody knows Chick-fil-A whichever location you go to is always going to be crowded the staff is always well trained and keeps things flowing.
I ordered the nugget meal a drink and some fries. Everything can I quickly and perfectly warm. Everything was absolutely delicious.
The staff was really great as I said the love it was very crowded long drive throughs and pretty much every table was taken up put the staff was hustling and bustling add getting orders out in a timely manner.
This location is always busy and located in a strip mall. There’s plenty of parking but they didn’t really think it out too good because you have to walk around the back of the restaurant through the drive-thru to get to the door. There are a few parking spots in the front of the building but most of those are handicapped so you’re stuck parking in the back.

Chic fil a is my favorite fast food. It is fast, friendly and reasonable prices. I’m especially fond of the little chicken bites with dip’n sauce. I like the variety of flavor of sauce, unlike some other chicken places where you have to like what THEY like…..(canes)……Chic fil a ALL DAY!!

This was the best customer care I had ever seen in these times. This establishment was constantly busy with drive-thru wrapped around the building. Knowing Food Service causes me to analyze during my experiences, and this establishment passed my scrutiny very well. I encourage anyone passing ny this location to stop and see for yourself. It was well worth the time and expense for my experience there.

They messed up my order twice I ordered a market salad no cheese they put cheese in it . Same order I ordered nuggets they gave me grilled nuggets . Food was cold you can tell the cheese is not even melting of how cold food is service is awful . Never coming back , place is also very dirty .

Absolutely amazing employees! I had some card issues while trying to pay for my food, and as the cashier tried to help me, another employee—Bud—came over to assist as well. Out of pure generosity, Bud ended up paying for my meal right before I was about to leave. I was absolutely shocked by how kind and generous he was. I truly appreciate his actions and the wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for a long time to come!

We love coming to Chick-fil-a because it is the LEADER in world class customer service. I had the smoked bbq chicken sandwich which was recently brought back and it was very good. Clean, friendly atmosphere and great food!

Unfortunately, the lack of customer service at this location isn’t there. This Chick-fil-A is out of my normal area I eat at, so I visit once every 2 or 3 months. A past visit I ordered soup to go for my wife. Got home with the soup and it was 95% broth with a few noodles. I immediately called the store and I was told that the money couldn’t be refunded back to my card, or account, but I could drive back and receive another soup or they would put my name on a “list.” Recently, I went back to the store (2 or 3 months later) and requested the soup that I was on the “list” for. I was informed by and employee and a manager that the list was a 30 day list (not told this) and I was asked why I didn’t come back within the 30 days to receive the soup. I had to explain that this particular restaurant is not a normal area, and I shouldn’t have had to make a special trip to a restaurant that botched the food order that is out of the way in the first place. A list is useless when it’s not adhered to. Disappointmented in the lack of customer service I suppose, when Chick-fil-A has a motto that says “Chick-fil-A Cares.”

What can I say! The closest Chick-fil-A close to my house is always delivered exceptional service! Miss your king had something amazing going for his passing! Rest in peace you great so that serve the community of East Texas! the food is always fresh the customer service is always amazing and they’re implementing new technological advances in order to make the drive-thru experience amazing and efficient!
