I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. The service was painfully slow, making me question if they even valued my time. To make matters worse, I discovered a bug in my food, which was completely unacceptable. This visit left me feeling disgusted and frustrated.

Truly the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Ordered food at 5:29 (only a kids meal) and was 1 of 2 cars in the curbside. We finally just had to walk in and demand our food after waiting 25 minutes for 1 kids meal!

Amazing quick service, and friendly service. Clean, welcoming environment. Everything they serve is delicious, but I usually get their Cobb salad, or the chicken nuggets meal. I recently tried their frosted coffee, and was so impressed! 10/10 all around!

Chic Fil A usually gets it right, A worker came out the restaurant and started talking about nothing to the guy taking my order like I wasn’t ordering then gave me a stank face like I was bothering him. They didn’t give me utensils to eat with nor ranch for my salad AND I asked for a side salad with my meal, meaning I wanted my fries too but didn’t get them. And what happened to My Pleasure?Now it’s Sure….

Do I really need to write a review. You know the food, you love the food. The staff at all of them are good. I will save this one is above the rest. Very friendly. I am a grilled nugget kind of guy, and got to love the waffle fries. And can’t get enough of ” My Pleasure” . Not far off the highway.

We were there 8/19/23. The dining room was so filthy. There was food all over the floor. 25% of the tables were not cleaned. Food and wrappers everywhere. The floor by the order counter was very wet. The bathrooms were nasty. I think I’ll drive thru next time.

Every employee in there was completely lost. They made me park and I waited for 20 minutes while all the others cars went by. I told an employee and he said ” yeah management here sucks. Corporate won’t care if you report us.” Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There’s so many other restaurants to choose from.
