So while in town playing at a local basketball tournament we decided to stop at our favorite fast food restaurant. We ordered our normal dinning in. The kids there make it a to-go order. No condiments in any of the sacks. No plastic wear and no ice cream as ordered. Good thing we decided to sit down and check thr order. This is unlike any chick-fil-a I’ve ever visited. So we eat and get ready to leave and of course my 8 years old daughter needs to use the rest room. So as my wife daughter and son get, up store manger tells u both rooms are closed. I had just returned for the men’s room myself. I explain that we have an hour drive ahead of us back home and we were in town for a tournament He does not care and tell us they are closed. Never in my life have a been to a chick fli a that the consumer was treated like this. Im definitely telling everyone about how unfriendly the Mt Pleasant s location is. Thank goodness for McDonald’s just north of there where we made bathroom brake before heading back to Texarkana….. i would not even give this place a full star.

I always enjoy their kale salad. And I also very much like their grilled chicken nuggets. Their seasonal special flavor of peppermint shake is exceptional! YUMMM! Service is always friendly. polite and professional. The food is fresh and always served quickly.

They’re super slow at this location, but overall always friendly service and never mess up your order. If anything, the drive thru is faster than the mobile thru and curbside.

Stopped by Mt. Pleasant’s location after my boys basketball game and had a great experience. The service was excellent. The food quality was excellent. The facility was extremely clean. The employees were so kind and helpful. If I’m in the area again I will definitely be back!!!!

Friendly helpful and professional staff! Great breakfast sandwich selections! Clean well kept atmosphere! Outside area well kept also! Plenty of parking, we had an oversized vehicle and was no problem getting around and parking!

I won a gift card for a chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets. I asked if I could get spicy chicken instead of reg. The person on the mic had no idea how yo answer my question, so I had to pull around and show them my gift card. Because it said chickensandwich, they wouldn’t let me change it to spicy, so I had to pay for the sandwich. Since when does spicy chi Ken cost more than reg chicken?
