Food is always old never fresh. I live down the street and have gone several times and it is never been fresh. Buns are hard, lettuce is brown, tomatoes are rotting and the meat is always cold and old. Complained several times just to be told that’s how we do it. I normally love Burger King but the picayune location is always a disappointment and un edible. Not to mention the fries taste like they’ve been cooked 4 days ago and hard as rocks. Asked to have my food cooked fresh and I’d wait as long as it took yet told we always make it fresh yet given the same old rotting burger which I couldn’t even feed my dog. I hope you can get a better staff with some type of pride in what they serve not just give out rotting food so they can get back on their cell phones. Worst place I’ve ever been too…

The employees for more concerned with talking to one another than doing any actual work. Trying to bring the issue to the managers attention wouldn’t have done any good as he was in the lobby complaining and Wendy’s to another employee.

This is by far the worst Burger King. I have ever found…. The service was absolutely horrible, the order taker basically refused to speak to myself nor my son.. As the server was waiting to bag our food she on the front line was feeding herself with bare hands. And looked at me as she did.. Plopping our bag of food on the counter in silance..

Worse customer service ever. The guy in the drive thru sounded like he clearly hates his job; and it was an inconvenience for me to order more than one thing. Then the food was handed to me by a girl employee that thought it’d be cute to mean mug me and rudely shut the window. Never again

These onion rings must’ve been old they were so hard when you squeeze them they crumbled like bacon would crumble when is fried crispy crispy. I ordered a sandwich and I said no mustard no pickles guess what I got I got mustard and pickles and then we sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting for them to get the order at the drive-through it was the worst service I’ve ever had at this restaurant in Picayune an it’s not the first time I’ve gotten bad onion rings they give you the old hard ones instead of making fresh and when they’re not fresh they’re no good I would not eat at this restaurant again

Absolute trash. Only getting 1 started because I can’t leave zero stars! Employees couldn’t give a d@!n about business. Specifically requested no mayo, order was repeated correctly 3 times to me. Get to the windoe, forget to give me a whole burger THEN put extra d@$n mayo!!!! Employee’s are terrible

Only giving them two stars because they were friendly people, food was awful. Super burnt and saw them not only pic at the food they refried it and I watched them throw the old wrappers out!! Absolutely was dry and old.
