Ordered to go and once I arrived home the whopper burger bun was completely burnt black not to mention the long blonde hair wrapped in the bacon king. I understand it gets busy and shortage of staff but you can clearly see this black bun and still served it. Management needs to do better in my opinion. We won’t be back as this was the final and last visit.

The gentleman on the speaker was very rude. My order was anything but correct. I still cannot understand how hard it is to read a screen and make the order accordingly.
As far as customer service, they need to do a training course on that for those on a headset.

Ordered breakfast combo..zero ice in medium coke, apparently asking fir ice is a no no when their ice machine is down..like the customers are suppose to know. That should be told when ordering! Hashbrowns taste like they have been cooked in month old grease and are so hard tou cant bite thru. After I asked for refund on drink..the manager wanted to argue with me regarding the card i used..they need to learn customer service badly. Its more than saying have a nice day!

I recently was visiting family in Picayune and decided that I was too tired to cook. Sooo off to BK I went. And when I tell you the staff went above a beyond to make sure that the food was great, the customer service was next level. Hope was my service and the general manager, Heather, was near by having a nice conversation with me as I’m not from the area (I stick out like a sore thumb). I would recommend this BK to anyone. I would definitely come here again. Keep it up guys

We ordered a few things for a few people and one of them was a crispy chicken sandwich. When we got it, it was so dark that it looked almost burnt. We asked them to make us a new one and they said that it would be 7 minutes. After 10 minutes we reminded them that we were waiting on the sandwich and we finally got it as we were leaving. While we were waiting, another guy came in from the drive thru and made them remake his chicken nuggets. There was also no ice in the machine. The lady (Jenny) made us feel like it was a bother to get us ice from by the drive thru.
The lady (Jenny) who originally took our order was not very friendly but the guy (Christopher) with the glasses and beard who was putting the food in the bags was very helpful and friendly and the only one who seemed to care.

These onion rings must’ve been old they were so hard when you squeeze them they crumbled like bacon would crumble when is fried crispy crispy. I ordered a sandwich and I said no mustard no pickles guess what I got I got mustard and pickles and then we sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting for them to get the order at the drive-through it was the worst service I’ve ever had at this restaurant in Picayune an it’s not the first time I’ve gotten bad onion rings they give you the old hard ones instead of making fresh and when they’re not fresh they’re no good I would not eat at this restaurant again

Order food that was wrong the white lady manager who is heavy. She was so rude when i told her that wasn’t what I order. One of the worker there said Mrs you did. Now I had one person in my car saying I did not order it. Instead of her saying miss ok, she got upset with attitude arguing with me.she screamed.I will make it over. I said no way for you to spit in it. I asked her for name to report her. She you can leave an never come back.
