Yesterday I went about 12:56pm and ordered a medium frozen coffee with an extra pump of coffee syrup. When the lady repeated my order, she said three pumps of pumpkin. I corrected her and said no one extra pump of coffee syrup. I got my order at the window as I was driving off. I was putting my straw in the cup and I started drinking it and that’s when I noticed that there was pumpkin in my frozen coffee. I circle back went back through the drive-through. I let them know that I was back due to the order being wrong, and I told her exactly how I wanted it Once again. She then asked me if I wanted a flavor. I then let her know. No I just wanted the extra pump of coffee syrup. I got to the window she handed me over the drink and apologized, but then when I asked her to take the cup that they had given me because I didn’t have space she told me that there was a trashcan out if I drove a little bit further I looked at it from my car in the window and I let her know that if I had to get out that was something that I was trying to avoid that’s why I was trying to hand To her when she was probably near a trashcan, she rode her eyes and then took my drink and told me to have a nice day. I drove off once again, I put the straw in the cup as I was driving taste in my coffee and it was nowhere near even tasting like coffee at this point in time so at this point, I was really late and I could not go back. I will never come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I will not recommend anybody to this Dunkin’ Donuts. It is ridiculous how I never have a problem getting this order at any other Dunkin’ Donuts but the lady that took my order. Just really did not like her job she just needs to stay in the back and cook. She cannot help out with customer service in the front. My drink was wrong two times. This is ridiculous and I have a witness. I was currently on the phone when I ordered my drink the first and second time. And I was very clear Working in this industry, I know you don’t treat customers that way i’ve attached a picture of my medium frozen coffee with an extra pump of coffee syrup when it’s never looked as wide as it looked Or taste it

We ordered ahead using the app and still had to wait an additional 10–15 minutes for our drinks after arriving at the store — this does not include the time it took to place the order, take my dogs out, or drive to the location.
Our food had already been made, yet there was only one employee working — handling the drive-thru, making drinks, and running the register. We were the only customers inside, with just one car in the drive-thru.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve had to leave without my food or drinks before because it had been over 20 minutes since ordering ahead, and I would have been late for work — despite being the only person in the store.
I want to be clear that I have no issue with the employee who helped us. He was clearly doing his best while being severely understaffed. The issue is management. The employees seem unhappy and it is almost never a good experience when I have gone in.
Overall, this is not a well-managed location and not a great experience for customers or employees.

The munchkins are always fresh and delicious. The customer service is atrocious. Whoever the woman is taking the orders at the drive thru sounds pitiful and sad like she hates her life and job. Not warm and welcoming at all. This alone pretty much sets the tone for the entire experience at this location. I’ve never heard someone sound sadder at a drive thru. It’s been this way for months on end. They fill the cups with more ice than drink. Even when you request less ice they do not always oblige very inconsistent. The wait time is usually always bad as well.

My main complaint is the coffee. I get hot coffee & the coffee is watery, bland and full of grounds majority of the time just terrible. I guess I try my luck hoping for a good cup of coffee each time I visit. I can say the staff I’ve dealt with were friendly. However more training on coffee & food prep is needed.

The white girl with too much makeup working the register has a major attitude problem. I told them specifically how to make my drink and they could not make it right. All I told them was that I wanted less milk. I literally pointed to the brown sugar, shaken espresso on the screen and told her that I wanted mine the same color. She didn’t make it right and she offered to do it again and the second time around she made it with even more milk. Then she tried to tell me that it’s impossible for her to make it that color because of the ingredients as though she’s not capable of just not putting as much milk as she would normally put in the drink. It’s not rocket science.
I don’t understand why the shaken espresso is such a hard drink for some of these people to make, I was very specific about it and she still could not follow those very simple directions.
Then she proceeded to talk over me and be argumentative and when I told her that I get this drink literally every day but I go to the store in Rockville and I know how it’s supposed to be made. She then decided to tell me that the Rockville location is really bad and can’t seem to make drinks properly, which is a complete lie.
This girl has no business in customer service.

I come often for breakfast. Good collections of donuts and very clean. Enough space. Have sofa and variety of seating options. Nice place for meeting. Employees are also friendly.

This is store less Custmer than any other stories, and still delay till they came to servicing you!! And when they came to ask how they can help? After you answered, they asked you to pay first before even picking your order!! Even the coffee less than any other stories!!
