First time I went to the Chick-fil-A in Greenville, Texas it was very busy. The drive-thru was backed up to the access road. I went ahead and decided to park and go inside. The service was excellent. The food however normally is perfect but my chicken mini’s were a little overcooked

The staff tries their hardest to be friendly, but today they fell short. We were in the drive thru line before 10:30 a.m., but the cars were moving slowly. By the time we were at the ordering screen, it was 10:33 a.m. and they refused to make breakfast, saying it ended at 10:30 a.m. Now I have to wonder if they were moving slowly on purpose so they could refuse additional breakfast orders. We ordered chicken minis, which are essentially chicken nuggets on mini biscuits, so it wasn’t anything complex or difficult to accommodate. They can do better.

I don’t eat here often, and when I do it’s usually another location.. Time and time again, when I eat at this location, while my order is correct, and the people are polite (hence 3 stars instead of 2), my food is subpar. It’s usually either lukewarm, thrown together sloppily, or the chicken feels hard and overcooked. I have attached pics of my most recent visit. I didn’t wait 20 minutes for food just to have this burnt chicken and cold fries. So disappointing that I still have to continue to drive to Sulphur Springs for a good Chick-fil-A sandwich

The owner is 100% amazing. She’s always there when you need her. She makes this Chick-fil-A amazing. Her name is Trish by the way. The people who clean are amazing to talk to especially Daniel and miss Mary. The food is outstanding that explains why it’s always busy.

Chick-fil-A has done a great job overall delivering excellent service and customer experience. This trip was no different. I have come to expect excellence from every Chick-fil-A I go too. But this was a little higher up the list. I have to admit the app makes ordering a breeze. The directions are clear and concise and easy to undeestand. The staff here spoke to me as I entered the location and approach the front counter. Even though the food was not immediately ready, the staff said they were processing my order now and just needed a couple minutes. Just great service! THANK YOU!

They need their own building. Like I think this city has proven we want it. It’s always super super busy. Because of it being in a building with other businesses the drive thru is weird. And long, it causes confusion and dangerous situations for people trying to get to other businesses. Food wise, a+.

Can’t go wrong with any Chick-fil-A from what I’ve experienced. Great staff overall, and I have had few issues with getting my order correct a couple of times. It’s definitely one of my favorite places to go in Greenville.
